Relax in comfort and style in this 3 bedroom home with a pool that puts Paihia and the Bay of Islands at your doorstep while being secluded in a bush back drop with indulgent sea views. This is barefoot luxury set in tranquility. Enjoy the huge outdoor deck, indoor or outdoor dining, a wonderful kitchen and the best technology. Only 3 minutes drive to Paihia. A 2 car garage is available, An additional ground floor apartment which sleeps 2, is also available to book.
The house is on 3 floors.
The 1st floor has the front entrance and 2 car garage.
The 2nd floor has large living area, indoor dining, kitchen, laundry room, toilet and outdoor decks.
The 3rd floor has the master bedroom and ensuite, Two more bedrooms and an additional full bathroom plus access to the pool and more deck space.
The driveway from the street entrance is fully sealed. The last section of the driveway is steep and has a corner which requires a little more effort to negotiate. Additional parking space for 2 vehicles is further down the driveway.
