The master suite features a Super King bed, a private deck and a bathroom with bay views. There is free Wifi and under cover parking for two vehicles. We had an absolutely amazing stay at 41 Bayview Road, Paihia! The place was spotless, beautifully set up, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The view was stunning — peaceful and perfect for a morning coffee or evening unwind. The location was ideal, close to the beach and town, yet quiet enough to feel private.John was a wonderful host — friendly, welcoming, and easy to communicate with. We truly felt at home and can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Paihia!

We had a fabulous stay in this beautiful property. It worked well for 3 couples. Views breathtaking, beds super comfy, house so well equiped. The spa was an added bonus.

Fabulous House for a Girls Weekend!

We had such an amazing stay for our Girls Weekend away. Easily accommodated 6 of us comfortably. Everything was clean tidy and well appointed. Could not fault the house at all. Spa was sooooo good and fire made it cozy inside. Fabulous views. Massive TV! Super convienient location too. Would definitely stay again and would also be fabulous for a family weekend away. Can not recommend enough

Great place!

Loved staying here! Only thing to note would be the 3rd bedroom is actually a seperate apartment and doesn’t have internal access which made it tricky with younger kids! Nevertheless we managed! Would recommend!

Family Holiday

Beautiful setting despite the weather which was wet, the accommodation more than made up for it. Spacious and functional, great bathrooms, lovely spa, Would love to return for another holiday, but with better weather and an extended stay.

Did not disappoint

Wow what vista...simply stunning! Such a beautiful home, accommodating 6 adults perfectly. The views over Paihia and across the pristine water to Russell and beyond were fantastic. Fabulous indoor /outdoor living, beautiful furnishings and everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom to make our stay home away from away. Exceptionally clean too. We will be back.

Luxury haven

This house was exceptional. It was a beautiful home, delightfully furnished, perfectly clean and presented, well appointed and in a great location. Comfy beds and everything we needed in the kitchen! Couldn’t have been more perfect.

John who is the host was very helpful and kind!

This was an incredible place to stay and the view was better than any restaurant. We ordered food to go so we could enjoy the most beautiful view! Thank you!
