On level 1, you’ll find two large, open guest bedrooms featuring king split beds, large wardrobes and floor to ceiling windows. One connects directly to the family bathroom which includes a large freestanding egg bath as well as a separate shower, while the other includes an ensuite with a rain head shower. On this level you’ll also find a fully fitted laundry with washer and dryer, as well as a spacious media room, complete with bean bags and a large balcony to make this the ultimate chill out spot.
The views are everywhere in this villa and they quite literally follow you throughout the property. Entering the upstairs kitchen, living and dining area is simply a site to behold. The panoramic views are captured by floor to ceiling windows lakeside so you can watch the day roll through from sunrise over the Remarkables mountain range, to sunset down towards Walter Peak Station. A full kitchen offers everything you, or a private chef, could need to entertain. There’s a separate powder room on this level, as well as a large study with desk and sofa, so should you need to work while on vacation, you can do it in the utmost comfort.
