Newly Built Ocean Front Cottage With Private Access To Small North Shore Beach

We would like to clarify that the cottage comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, with three queen-size beds, two single bunk beds, and a queen-size sofa bed. These sleeping arrangements are clearly outlined in our VRBO listing and shown in the photographs, allowing guests to review the accommodations and determine whether they suit their group’s needs before booking. We understand that a group of eight adults travelling together may prefer individual beds rather than shared sleeping arrangements. However, our advertised guest capacity reflects the sleeping accommodations available at the cottage, as accurately described in the listing. The North Shore is known for its ever-changing coastline, and this year nature offered us a different look: the sandy portion of our small, secluded beach has temporarily shifted, revealing a more rugged shoreline. As per the community rules, our guests are authorized to use the private access via the staircase, reserved for residents and their guests.
