Escape to the beautiful North Shore of Prince Edward Island in this spacious 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home, perfect for family gatherings or group golf getaways. Located just two minutes from all of the convenience of North Rustico (groceries, pharmacy, liquor store, bakery, restaurants), five minutes from Cavendish Beach National Park and the resort municipality of Cavendish and it's many restaurants and family attractions, and just ten minutes to five different golf courses, this home offers the ideal PEI experience.

This beautiful air conditioned home features 4 bedrooms all with queen beds, including a bunk room with two queen beds perfect for kids. A private office, complete with bluetooth printer and free high speed internet, and a full bathroom finishes off the second floor. The main floor includes a large living room, a well-appointed kitchen, two dining areas, a well appointed laundry room, entrance, half bath, pantry and two sunrooms. The basement provides additional space with a newly renovated large lounge area complete with a wet bar, a shelf full of board games and full bathroom. There are 2.5 bathrooms, two with tub / shower combos.

Relax in two inviting sunrooms or enjoy views of rolling hills and distant ocean on the expansive wrap-around veranda. The home features a small fenced backyard complete with BBQ, outdoor dining, and a fire pit for making smores. There's also a two acre mowed lawn perfect for family games. The expansive asphalt parking area provides lots of parking options and makes for a great space for hopscotch. A dedicated locked storage shed is available and ideal for bike storage and can even fit a couple of motorcycles.

Conveniently located near family attractions and some of PEI's best dining spots, this property is a serene and comfortable retreat for any group. Comes complete with a cooler, beach towels and some folding chairs for those magical Island beach days.

Please note that there are 2 exterior cameras attached to a detached garage, monitoring the entrances to the property.

This is a beautifully maintained and thoughtfully equipped large house with a huge yard. Bianca was a great communicator. Beds were great, bathrooms were well stocked with wonderful towels, and there were even supplies for s’mores and everything needed to make a small fire to roast the marshmallows. The grown-ups, in particular, appreciated the fact that the chocolate was Lindor. Groceries, beaches, and great lobster all within easy reach. If we came back to PEI, this is definitely where we would want to stay.

We had a lovely stay at McGregor House. Lots of space for 2 families. The hosts were great and we could tell they really cared about making the house comfortable. Super location with beach, restaurants, bakery, etc. close by. We loved having our morning coffee on the front porch.

Amazing PEI getaway

The McGregor House was incredibly comfortable and well stocked, with everything we needed and plenty of extra linens, blankets, and outdoor equipment. The a/c was located downstairs and in each bedroom and added to the comfort of our stay. Highly recommend this host!

Beautiful home and property. It is set up for everything you need. This is a perfect place for families or in my case a group of friends. The flow of the house is excellent. It is decorated very nice. The beds are comfortable. The linens are good. The host is amazing, easy to contact and very caring. I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did.

We're just a couple that moved back to PEI after some time away. We love to spend our summers at the beach, on patios and soaking up all that PEI summers have to offer.

The North Shore of PEI is the absolute BEST. Especially in the summer. It has everything you could want. Beaches, golfing, amazing food, and entertainment for all ages.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Our house is big, beautiful and so close to everything you would want to do, visit, eat and see. There's ample space to separate on those days when you stay in. When it's time to venture out, you're minutes from all the fun stuff and only 25 minutes to Charlottetown. North Rustico is just down the road and has everything you need from groceries, to great coffee and baked goods, fresh seafood market, take out and eat in dining, the best ice cream parlour, a pharmacy, hardware store, liquor store and a bunch of unique little gift shops.
