Loved all the options of things to do at condo!! Beach was clean and nice. We enjoyed our stay!

Check-in was confusing, being part of the sands Ocean Club. The entrance was hard to see from the road. The room was fine, you can see the ocean but the balcony is a little diagonal to it. The beds are tiny and uncomfortable. The toilet looks like it was made for children. The dishes are hodgepodge and low quality. The coffee maker is dirty and ancient. Full size fridge,and a working (albeit loud) dishwasher. Some left over toys in the closet if you can get to them through the pile.Very little storage room for clothing.The TV is decent and has streaming. The indoor pool has little to no ventilation, the outdoor pool is pretty small and right next to a loud roudy bar, so we felt constantly oggled by the drunk old men. The tiles in the lazy river are broken and sharp. It was an okay room, serving just the bare minimum. Definitely not worth the price for the whole week, but not much is these days.

Overall great stay

Upon arrival, unit was just as described clean and nice. However, it was quickly discovered that the unit had suffered water damage due to an unknown leak in a neighboring room. The properly manager took swift action and had us moved to another room for our stay. That room was just as nice & clean as this room was. Great owner/management group to book from.

Balcony view

This room was exactly like it stated. It is an older resort but well kept. The balcony was fantastic. Sun in the morning view of Apache pier and shade in the afternoon. No room problems at all. The only negative was the price of parking was not clear in description. It said 25 on arrival and 5 a day. I took it as 25 initially and then 5 each additional day. Turned out it was 30 per day which was 180 U.S. for the 6 days we were there. That was hard to swallow when not planned for.
