Please note: the business center, laundry room, fitness center and in-lobby cafe are not available to our guests. However, please note that there are convenient laundromats just a short drive away that accepts debit/credit cards.



The Neighborhood:

Conveniently situated oceanfront resort is located on the beach, 6 miles from Myrtle Beach State Park and steps away from the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade's attractions, shops, and restaurants. Our condo is in a prime location, just minutes away from Broadway at the Beach, the airport, many restaurants, golfing, bars, entertainment/shows, and more! Plus, stay connected with our complimentary WiFi.



Getting Around:

The best way to get around Myrtle Beach is by car or Uber. While staying at the resort you can walk to the beach or to the following attractions or restaurants.

SkyWheel Myrtle Beach - 1 minute walk

Broadway At The Beach - 30 minutes walk

The resort is within driving distance to the Myrtle Beach International Airport, which is approximately 4 miles away.



Other Things to Note:

All suites managed by StayMareni have code locks on the doors, so there is no need to waste time checking in at any front-desk lobby. All access codes will be sent to you on the day of check-in just prior to your 4PM check-in (or earlier check-in time, if arranged). Parking passes as well as pool wristbands (where required) will be waiting for you in your suite.

☑ A complimentary one-time arrangement of Lavazza K-cups to immerse yourself in every sip, as well as cookies and popcorn (more can be requested for a small fee).

☑ Bath towels (4 per each bathroom) - we're not a hotel but we will accommodate a complimentary towel change for stays longer than 4 nights and Guests can request additional towel refreshers, to be delivered during normal business hours, for a small fee.

☑Pool towels will be provided in all of our suites during the season, which runs from April 1 to September 30. During the off-season, you may request pool towels, which will be provided for your convenience and enjoyment.

☑ Studio and 1BR units gets 1 parking slot. 2BR and 3BR units will be provided with 2 parking spots. We are unable to issue additional parking permits.

Please note that items such as beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. are not provided by us but can typically be rented from a variety of vendors at the beach, subject to seasonality.



❃NON-SMOKING ❃

Holiday Pavilion is a smoke-free / tobacco-free Myrtle Beach resort experience. This includes all rooms, balconies, and common areas. As a courtesy to other guests, and to maintain a healthy and clean environment, the use of electronic cigarettes, vaporizers, and smokeless tobacco of any kind is PROHIBITED. If there is evidence of smoking in your room and/or your balcony, you will be charged a minimum of a $250 fee to cover our cleaning costs. If discovered, a violation of this policy will result in your immediate eviction. This policy is taken seriously and is STRICTLY ENFORCED.



Please, please, please check-out at your arranged check-out time. Late check-outs are very disruptive to our cleaning, inspector and office teams and often inconvenience our next, incoming guests. All violators will be charged an unauthorized late check-out fee of $100.



❃KEY CARDS / FOBS ❃

To ensure a smooth stay, we kindly ask that all key fobs be returned to the lockbox upon checkout. Please handle them with care, as lost, damaged, or missing key fobs will incur a replacement fee of $75.



❃NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ❃ Violators will be subject to a $250 fine.



❃POOL BANDS❃ To ensure you have full access to the pool area, pool bands are provided for your stay. We kindly ask that you return all pool bands to the unit at checkout. In the event a band is lost or misplaced, a $25 replacement fee per band will apply.



❃NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN THE UNIT. Violating this policy will result in a minimum fine of $250, with additional cleaning fees potentially applying. If you'd like to bring your dog, only our suites at the Patricia Grand are pet-friendly (restrictions apply). Please contact us directly for more information and availability. Emotional support animals are not permitted. If you're bringing a service animal, please notify us at the time of booking or before check-in.



Our locations are privately owned and rented by individual hosts (please treat our properties with respect), all questions or requests must be made by contacting us as we are providing guest services. Any front desks operating in, or near, these locations will not have your information and will be unable to assist you with your stay or questions you may have.



Please note our pre-check-in policy. Failure to sign our check-in form and provide a valid government-issued ID by 3 PM on the day of check-in will result in the inability to check in that day. However, guests may reschedule their check-in for the next available day between 10 AM and 3 PM upon compliance with our pre-check-in rules.

We had a great stay. The view was incredible and we spent a bunch of time on the balcony in the morning and at night. We will definitely stay here again. The team made check in and out a breeze and are incredibly responsive with questions.

Great view, clean large room. We did have a couple of minor issues. The tub/shower didn't drain too well. Also while I fully realize the humidity causes problems, the room could use Damp Rid. A little musty.

Short get away

I really enjoyed my stay it was beautiful there have an ocean view the only down fall is I could not find parking and had to pay 41 to park. I’d love to go back and hopefully the parking situation. Will be better

3 Nights in Myrtle Beach

Deck chairs were awesome. Short on drawer space in bedroom. Water in bathroom sink was a trickle. Automatic bathrom light was annoying during the night. Both a/c units noisy. Hard to wash dishes w/o being able to soak dishes. Had to buy a sink stopper.

This property exceeded expectations. This is the closest beachfront hotel to the center of the boardwalk making it the ultimate convenience, especially with kids. The unit was fresh and modern, with nice LED lighting and dimmers, large LG TVs and electronic fireplace for ambience. A/C keeps it cold enough and 3 beds allows for plenty of room to sleep. There is a tiki bar at the pool and vending machines on property for reasonably priced snacks/drinks. The lazy river was a hit for the kids, they spent more time there than on the beach. Right next door to the sky wheel and across from a small amusement park, as well as RipTydz and Pier 14, both excellent restaurants/bars. Felt relatively safe at night with an extensive police presence during our stay for a music festival. Unit feels bigger than the pictures look and was fine for our party of 4. Don't let the lack of reviews deter you, this is a great place to stay and we will look here first for our next visit.
