Perfectly positioned between Blairgowrie Village and the front Bay Beach, and just a stone's throw from Bridgewater Bay, Pearse's Ocean Beach, and scenic coastal dune walks, this light and airy retreat has it all.
Step into a space designed for family enjoyment and relaxation, zoned for two families on a split level, each level boasting 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The property features four spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two open-plan living spaces. Two decks and a fantastic alfresco dining area overlook the newly built pool and BBQ, complemented by a great space for kids to play.
The journey begins at the landscaped front entrance, leading to the lower level, which includes a versatile lounge area ideal for kids or as a quiet retreat, a master bedroom with an ensuite and walk-in robe, a second double bedroom, a separate powder room, and a large family bathroom/laundry.
Ascend the whitewashed steps to the upper level where an open plan kitchen, dining, and living area awaits. This space flows seamlessly through stacking sliding doors to a private, north-facing deck that overlooks the pool and garden. The kitchen, with its stylish waterfall timber tops is central to this entertaining area. The cozy lounge features a wood fire for chilly winter nights. This level also includes a third bedroom, a family bathroom with a bath and shower, and a fourth bedroom.
Additional features include beautiful wide oak floorboards, ceiling fans, a carport, and an outdoor shower. This exceptional coastal escape offers everything you need for a perfect beach holiday house.
