This home has been recently remodeled and furnished for easy traveling. The brand new kitchen, flooring and fenced in yard will really make for a comfortable stay and only three blocks to downtown Largo with brick streets and plenty of shopping, restaurants, and breweries. Close to Clearwater or Indian Rocks beach and Dunedin as well as the pinellas trail if an overnight biking trip is in your plans. Long term stays welcome and house is complete with wifi and smart TV's so again this is property is traveler friendly and ready for your enjoyment.

Nice place

The room sizes are adequate for two people and it pretty much has all that's needed. The kitchen is nice with lots of dish and cookware. The property has a fenced in yard with a patio and a table and chairs. This is a nice place once you get past the fact that it is a manufactured home with some slope to some the floors.

Cozy Little Cottage

This was a great find! Cute little pet friendly cottage with all the amenities located near Largo Park in a quiet neighborhood. Next time we visit the area we will definitely stay here again. 🙂

Easter vacation

The house was perfect for our family! The location was great for the events we had planned. Neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed walking to the lake at the end of the street. The whole process from booking to checking in and out was a breeze. Thanks!! ~the Corbetts 😊

Great patio

This little house was okay for my family. I have just some concerns: 1. Household missing like blender and Coffee maker doesn’t work 4 us. (Regular coffee maker will be ok). 2. Master bedroom A/C not running well. Too hot.

Great Find

The cottage was perfectly located for all the things that we had on our agenda. The cottage is in a safe and quiet area close to beaches and Tampa. Despite it being small we made it work and didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. Kitchen was well equipped for my needs. Owner very quick to respond which we appreciated. Only complaint was that lawn is not well maintained and with combination of tall grass and rain mosquitoes were off the crazy train so couldn’t really enjoy back deck area. Would definitely stay again if in the area.
