Nice neighborhood

The house was just the right size for our family of 5. The location was convenient for travel to the beach. The photos advertising the place were exactly as the property looked. This was a charming little beach house with all necessities. It was also very clean. Many restaurants were just a short drive away.

Great location.

Quaint little house in historical district of Largo. Rocking chair front porch and large fenced in backyard. Owner was AWESOME. Very responsive. 5 miles to Clearwater beach. Comfortable beds. House photos accurately describe home.

Comfortable House in a great neighborhood

This was a comfortable house in a great neighborhood. The old fashioned front porch was great on cool mornings, sitting in the sunshine. When the day warmed up, it was a cool and shady place to watch the world go by. The big windows let in lots of light. The high ceilings were plus. The owner was really responsive and was johnny on the spot if any issues did come up. The back yard is completely fenced and our dog loved the squirrels that visited the big shady trees. It is an older house and has a few rough edges, but it was great base for our month long stay.

Met our needs

This home met our needs for our trip. However location of this home is traffic noisy due to the old brick streets and proximity to the local Fire station. This home is older and many areas show its age. The floors slope in certain areas and the windows are original single pane glass. The front porch was nice in the evening but too noisy for mornings. The back yard was unkept and in need of a landscaping overhaul. Overall a clean place with amenities to meet your needs while not relaxing on the beach.
