A delightful space for up to 4 people. Peaceful and quiet. Modern decor with comfortable beds and quality linen and towels. Only metres from the famous Bingil Bay Cafe. About 400 metres to Bingil Bay Beach and a wonderful walk up Bicton Hill through the rainforest. If you're lucky you will most likely see a Cassowary roaming around. Lots to do and see in the local area.
Kona Bay Townhouse has a fully equipped kitchen, dining and lounge room, toilet and enclosed single car garage downstairs. Delightful view to the rainforest, with a balcony outside the lounge area.
Essential items are provided with provisions for breakfast.
Upstairs main bedroom with a queen bed and private balcony overlooking the rainforest. Second bedroom has twin king singles that also convert to a king bed. Upstairs bathroom w/toilet.
Airconditioned, fans and screens. In ground pool is available for guests use.
Washing machine and dryer provided, enclosed lock up garage with entry to the Townhouse. Very private.

This is our 2nd stay, we love the location, the space and thoughtful amenities. Home is clean, comfortable beds, nice linen, lovely living space, main bathroom. Host is friendly and responsive, provides local sourdough bread, cereal, milk, tea/coffee, jam and vegemite! And bonus low tox body wash! It’s so nice to arrive and not have to go the shops straight away for basics. Good cooking utensils too. Great big sofa and smart Tv to enjoy after a day of exploring. Good cafe across the road but doesn’t open til 8am.

Fantastic stay. Lovely 2 storey home with all the amenities. Having the basics including breakfast, was really appreciated. Located right near the awesome Bingil Bay cafe with fantastic food, coffee, meals and friendly staff. Easy check in and departure. Only wish the pool was heated. Close to Mission Beach for a change of scenery.

A perfect getaway - Exceeded all expectations!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful Bingil Bay property! From the moment we arrived (late, mind you), the lights were on for us so we didn't have to navigate in the dark - we were struck by how thoughtfully styled and welcoming the space was.Bingil Bay has a much quieter, tranquil atmosphere compared to down the road at Mission Beach, which was exactly what we needed.Viv and Mick have clearly put so much care into creating a wonderful guest experience. We were delighted to find breakfast provisions and milk waiting for us, which was incredibly thoughtful and practical since we checked in much later than planned. These little touches made all the difference and showed real attention to guest comfort. When we had an issue with some lights, Mick arrived within moments to sort it out for us.The location is also ideal - just around the corner (seriously like a 1 min walk) to Bingil Bay Cafe where we enjoyed excellent coffees and delicious meals throughout our stay. The proximity to the beach was also within easy walking distance. Our daughter was thrilled with the selection of board games available, which provided lovely family entertainment in the evenings. The property truly had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.We wouldn't hesitate to return and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a peaceful coastal retreat.Thank you for such a memorable stay!

We have lived in the area for nearly 20 years and love the peaceful village atmosphere. Beautiful Bingil Bay beach is a hidden gem with a fantastic walk at the northern end up Bicton Hill. We are happy to share this with other travellers and have had great pleasure hosting over the previous years.

Quiet, secluded with a rainforest back garden and swimming pool. Just across the road from the iconic Bingil Bay Cafe for delicious food and great coffee. Live music on Fridays nights open Tues-Sunday. Short walk to Bingil Bay Beach. 5kms from Mission Beach shops and restaurants.
