Beach front bliss

This property is situated on the beach with spectacular view's of Dunk Island and neighbouring islands. The property comfortably slept 4 adults in the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The house is well stocked with everything you can think of including vegemite. We will definitely be staying again.of

Excellent!!

A beautiful, charming beach side cottage. I loved the location of this cottage because it is right next to the beach. We also enjoyed all the beach decorations around the house.

Perfect Beach House

Just perfect. It is the quintessential beach house, right on the bech. It rained for most of the time we were there but it didn't matter one bit because this house is so homely and has everything you need. We read, puzzled, napped, chatted. Sublime.

Relaxing with great beachfront view

We had a wonderful stay in this comfortable home. All the thoughtful extras were catered for. I would definitely recommend and stay again. Just what we needed!!

Quiet Beach Front Accommodations

If you're looking for a quiet getaway, this is the place. The sound of waves from the ocean will lure you to sleep. It's clean, spacious and has everything you need. A place away from the hustle and bustle of tourist towns. Enjoyed our time away.

Beach front Blissout

Loved the seaside feel inside and out. Had absolutely everything you need for a stay... all of those little things you never think of especially in the kitchen. Full drawers and pantry cupboard of the necessities for cooking, herbs, salt and pepper, paper towel, dish washing cleaners, laundry soaps, baking paper, alfoil etc etc. Location is fantastic... i didn't see a car for first few days as i didn't venture to the front yard!! Just beach, waves, clouds, green gardens and Dunk Is. Wholst the property is a little older than most, it wS exceptionally clean and everything worked. Lots of room for us all to chill out away from each other and 3 dining tables to choose from for meals and coming together. Loved the historic info in the guest guide. Thanks for lending my family your family beach house for the week.

Would be great in Winter, no snakes.

With no screens, it made a very hot summer worst. Yes the bedrooms were screened but what was the use of that. We spent most of the time in the living area. I was not keen leaving the doors open unless I could see what was coming inside. The ceiling fans only circulated hot air. Although air conditioning would have been nice, it was not essential. A few pedistal fans would have been better. All in all we had a wonderful time and appreciated the owner sharing their little piece of paradise.

Good beach house

Nice windows at the front of the house overlooking the beach and islands. Good master bedroom with lots of fresh air however a bit hot during the night with the fans not very powerful and being in the other two rooms

Great property in a great location. No aircon was not a problem with beautiful sea breezes. Awnings to block afternoon sun and blinds would help but otherwise we loved the property.

Relaxing quirky beach cottage

This place is not air conditioned so can get a little warm but that is offset by the large sliding doors opening out to the beach side that let in the sea breeze.

Clean, comfortable and perfectly positioned

We enjoyed the spacious well equipped house. The house was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The perfect position allowed us to have some beautiful walks on the beach. View across to Dunk Island is spectacular. Would highly recommend this accommodation to others.
