Clean comfortable stay

Fast communication. The place is as described in the photos. Clean, airy. 24/7 front desk so we felt secured. The check in process can use some improvements, make sure you ask the host to confirm the apartment number prior to check in.

Good and bad things:Bad: - Smell of mold in the apartment - Sofa bed is really small, meant for a small child. They also did not have bed sheets for the sofa bed even though we made it clear we would be using it - I booked because of the pool and gym. You have to book and was never able to use it during our 4 night stay- only provided 2 towels for 4 days and 1 roll of toilet paper- neighbor upstairs played music super loud until early in the morning, 3 am, I had to get up and tell security until it stopped. Only happened one night.Good - the bed in the main room was big and comfortable - the neighbor is close to many attractions - the host is quick to reply and provided good suggestions for tourists

El lugar esta bien ubicado, pero el proceso de entrada y salida es terrible, el.personal de vigilancia son muy rudos , tienen una mala forma de hablar y estar en todo momento que entras y sales repitiendo todo es muy agobiante .

El personal fue muy amable. Para el precio está bien Lo malo fue que la terma no se regulaba bien y la cocina olía mucho a humedad.
