So close to the beach, you can leave the car at home and walk absolutely everywhere. Straight to the golden sands of Emerald Beach, or to award winning restaurant and bar Rattle, or perhaps to the Emerald Beach General Store for a selection of organic produce, local wines, coffee or locally brewed kombucha. It's a short stroll to the ever popular Emerald Beach Pizza and Pasta, to Voodoo's 101 for seafood and burgers, Wired for Coffee and even Hawaiian meals from Taste of Aloha. Living the good life is easy with bottle shop, surf lessons, hair dressing, yoga, massage and other well-being services all available locally. And in a few short minutes drive you are shopping in Woolgoolga, Moonee Beach or Park Beach Plaza.

Both bedrooms offer a queen beds with luxurious linen making for the most comfortable of stays for up to four guests, with the master bedroom having their own private balcony and outdoor seating area so you can sit and enjoy the sea breezes.

Spacious and sophisticated, the bathroom comes complete with a bathtub and shower, with quality linens, towels and high quality amenities provided for your convenience. There is also a second full bathroom downstairs providing more than enough room for everyone!

This property is so spacious and airy, with sky high ceilings, large windows for maximum light and ceiling fans throughout all living and bedroom areas, it is the perfect space to stretch out and relax. Or if you absolutely must do some work on your holiday, there is a home office for you to tuck yourself away in… but just remember… the beach is calling!

This property has all of the luxurious creature comforts that you could need, including a washing machine, smart TV, plenty of complimentary cleaning and pantry supplies, as well as complimentary tea, local coffee and condiments. The enormous fully enclosed courtyard boasts a dining table and chairs, clothesline plus addition hooks for hanging up towels and cozzies when you get home from the surf.

Please note Children aged 10 and under are not permitted on the upstairs deck which is located off the main bedroom without a supervising adult being present. No pets and no parties permitted. The garage is not included however there is ample guest parking at the front.
