Here are some of the comments we received from guests of our apartment when we used the old listing (from the previous owners):

-Good location, perfect apartment, exactly as in the photos.
-Full apartment with everything you could want including a wine cooler.
-Wonderful stay. Everything was within working distance.
-We were a group of 6 people and we felt the same way how beautiful, comfortable and well organized the place was. Matching the photos posted and more. Great location for everything, whether you are walking or driving. I will book this place again on my next visit.
-Excellent stay, well located in a charming area nice to discover.

So it's your turn to come and enjoy our superb apartment.

We look forward to seeing you there very soon.

Your hosts, Marie and Marco

Great location within walking distance of the old town and even better, quick walk to cool neighborhood restaurants and coffee shops. Our hosts were wonderful and responsive. Check in and out was easy.

Host, after confirming booking and communicating with us, cancelled at last minute (less than a week before trip). We had to scramble to find another place on very short notice.

Beautifully appointed condo in a perfect location. The space was spotless, quiet, and incredibly comfortable — exactly what we hoped for. Steps away from great cafés and an easy walk to everything in downtown Quebec City. We had a fantastic stay and would happily return.

Beautiful Apartment

Our family stayed here for 4 nights. The apartment was extremely clean and anything you could possibly need or may have forgotten to bring with you was provided. It's a beautiful apartment. The owners are very responsive and pleasant to work with. The main touristy area is a 10-15 minutes drive away. The apartment is in a more local and quiet area (unfortunately, there was lots of construction happening during our stay).

The condo itself was lovely and accurately described. They had lovely snacks for us and the kids laid out which was a nice touch. All the amenities you needed in terms of linens, hair tools, if you forgot your toothbrush etc. Very clean and comfy beds and pillows. Unfortunately, the listing incorrectly advertised onsite parking at the time of booking. We only learned two days before check-in—after full payment—that parking was offsite and farther than stated, several blocks away, definitely inconvenient. In the dead of winter in Quebec City, carrying groceries, this was extremely difficult. More concerning, we experienced an issue in the parking garage where emergency doors would not open, creating a very distressing situation for our family. We did not feel safe using the garage again and instead risked parking in limited onsite 1-hour parking which is free after 5pm on weekdays.VRBO ultimately refunded us a portion which felt justified since we wouldn’t have booked this condo based on parking alone for our families needs. While the condo itself was very nice, the parking misrepresentation and safety concerns significantly impacted our stay. It was a quick 10 min drive to Old Quebec which was handy and Metro was just up the road.

Our add with parking location never change since the day we place the apartment on the platform. maybe you just interpreted incorrectly. The parking is located 600 meters form the apartment so we do not understand how you can take 10 minutes to get there. Surprise VRBO refunded you anything after all those lies you wrote since they have not contact us to verify anything and since they have the proof we did not chance anything on the platform.

The apartment was very newly redone and beautiful. It was centrally located in a walkable area with great restaurants nearby. The gym in the building was a plus. The host left thoughtful welcome snacks. It was definitely walkable to the Old City. The host was very responsive.
