Beautiful air-conditioned condo located on the 5th floor. The building was built in 2022. It includes an elevator, a gym, a lounge area.
Starting from early may, you can enjoy the rooftop terrace on the 12th floor with an impressive view of the city, a swimming pool, relaxation areas, a fireplace and barbecues at your disposal.
Available owners, superior soundproofing, impeccable service and professional maintenance.

The beds in the bedrooms are queen size including the sofa bed that has been chosen for its comfort. Washer-dryer in the apartment. Wanted decoration, 9-foot ceilings, quartz kitchen counters, fully equipped kitchen including Keurig dishwasher and filter and capsule coffee maker, air conditioning, Netflix and Prime video and some attention for your comfort!

Walking distance to St-Joseph Street, restaurants, cafés, grocery store (less than 1 minute), bakery and bars in the hip St-Roch district.
The walkscore website grants 96 to the condo location!

Very nice and well appointed suite! Loved the heated rooftop pool, very soothing after a long day of sightseeing. It was about a 15 minute walk to old Quebec City and had plenty of restaurants nearby.

The unit was as advertised. Parking 2 blocks away; safe and convenient. Located 1/2 mile from/at the bottom of the hill of the old town. Supermarket 2 blocks away. Rooftop pool and hot tub were nice and gym was functional. The apartment gave us easy access to everything we wanted to see and do. We will stay there again on our next visit.

We had a great stay here! Alexandre our host was very communicative. The condo was secure and safe and clean. We Ubered to Old Quebec and other places we went and that was great. Using the garage was easy and it was nice knowing our car was secure. The rooftop pool was great too! Regrettably we only used one afternoon but only because we were busy trying to sight see! I would definitely recommend staying in Alexandre’s condo if you can!

This was a great location for our girls trip. There were plenty of restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance, close to the train station and an easy Uber ride to old Quebec if needed. We also walked there one day and it was doable. The pool on the roof for a summer trip was ideal as it was a hot week. Host answered our questions in a timely fashion. We were over all pleased with our choice.

Host was very responsive. Check in was easy. Condo had everything we needed and the location worked with a short ride to old Quebec and Plains of Abraham. We had a wonderful holiday vacation in Quebec. The city is magical at Christmas. Cold so be prepared.

Host was great with communication. Pool was empty (seasonal I suppose) and "gym" was 2/10. Old cardio equipment (one TM, one elliptical, etc.) and no weight equipment whatsoever. Apartment was clean. Did not utilize parking. About a 20 minute walk to the area around the Frontenac. Market nearby for groceries which was great.

Alexandre was a lovely host, very communicative and helpful. The condo was clean and well-appointed, great location for our needs and very comfortable. Hotel-style convenience and quality without the price tag, plus a great kitchen--it's the dream!

Great Stay in Quebec City

We enjoyed our stay and were sad to have to leave a day early for a family emergency back at home. The kitchen was well equipped, all the rooms were comfortable and the roof deck was a nice added space.
