The Space:
Casa Blanca at the Dolphins is in an unbeatable location just steps from Horseshoe Bay. You could not be closer to the beach, the walking trails, and the Flying Fish Café. This ground-floor apartment features open-plan living that flows onto an outdoor seating area with panoramic views of the bay. It is perfect for couples or family groups seeking a relaxed seaside escape.
With off-street parking in a designated carport, you can leave the car and explore on foot. The heart of Port Elliot is just a short stroll away, with boutique shops, galleries, cafes, and restaurants all within easy reach.
The Neighborhood:
Spend your days swimming, relaxing, or enjoying water sports at Horseshoe Bay. Take a scenic walk or ride along the coastal bike track to Victor Harbor or Middleton. Explore Port Elliot’s charming streets and trails, including the Port Elliot Heritage Trail. For breathtaking views, Freeman Lookout is nearby and offers one of the best vantage points in the area.

Our properties are fully self-contained and we supply starter provisions consisting of laundry powder, dish liquid, dishwasher tablets, a dish cloth, bin liners, milk, coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, salt and pepper, as well as bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soap). A spare roll of toilet paper is provided per toilet. Please note that these complimentary provisions are supplied to get you started for your holiday and are not replenished during your stay. We provide bathroom linen for the number of guests included in your booking only. Please bring your own beach towels. Bathroom linen is strictly not to be used for the beach.
*Please note: A 25% deposit is required upon booking confirmation, which includes a non-refundable $30 Credit Card Fee. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your stay. Additionally, a pre-check-in form must be completed before arrival, which includes submitting a valid ID, a selfie, and agreeing to our terms and conditions. Pricing reflects standard occupancy and associated household use. Accurate guest numbers must be confirmed prior to arrival to ensure the home is prepared and serviced accordingly.
