Step into the welcoming living area, where a spacious sectional sofa invites you to unwind with a book, stream a film on the smart TV, or admire the tranquil river scenery.

The kitchen balances function and style with timber benchtops, open shelving, and modern appliances. Fully equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and cooking basics, it makes mealtimes easy, while the dining area provides a warm space for family gatherings.

Three bedrooms offer restful escapes, each reflecting the home’s calming aesthetic. The primary bedroom features a queen bed and a dedicated workspace for remote workdays, the second is furnished with a double bed, while the third provides two single beds—ideal for children or friends. All rooms include fresh linens, blackout blinds, and thoughtful touches to ensure restful sleep. The bathroom is simple and functional, with a walk-in shower, vanity storage, and complimentary toiletries. A separate laundry with a washer and drying rack makes longer stays easy.

Step outside and embrace the calm of riverside living. Begin your day with coffee on the front deck as pelicans drift by, then gather in the backyard for alfresco BBQs on the undercover patio. A fully fenced lawn gives children and pets space to play safely, while the firepit sets the scene for cosy evenings under the stars.

Year-round comfort is assured with air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans. Board games are provided for downtime. Smaller non-shedding dogs are welcome indoors, while larger dogs can enjoy the outdoor areas (pet fee applies). Please note that cats are not permitted.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
