Great Property

We loved our stay. The location and property was so great. We enjoyed the outdoor space a lot, we all agreed that our favorite was the patio. I really appreciated the additional touches.

This was the perfect spot for quick access to all of the Carlsbad activities. We have 3 kids, and there was plenty of space for everyone to sleep and hang out. The dock access to the river was fun for fishing! The host has a closet full of floaties and things for swimming, we didn’t stay during a warm enough month for that but we still enjoyed the view.

We were a group (three couples) of college friends who all love the outdoors. The patio facing the river proved to be an excellent place to hang out and catch up. The host was very attentive and was quick to help when needed. The host also gave excellent recommendations for eating. I would recommend this place to friends and family, and will stay here again when in the area.

The house was very clean and roomy. The kitchen only had settings for 4 (minus 1 salad plate) so we had to wash dishes after each use. There were no extra trash bags for the kitchen trash can. The light bulb was out by the front door with no spare bulbs so I had to take one from the rear porch. And the back porch had not been cleaned so we were not able to use it. Guests should also know the the condo is right next to a train trestle so there was a lot of train whistle blowing.

Location was perfect to town and Carlsbad Caverns. The water in the backyard added a day a lake fun! The beds were a bit on the hard side. I would recommend a fan.

Hiking trip

Location and property were great! Close to Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe National and Sitting Bull Falls parks. Townhome was fully loaded and sits on river with nice park to walk dogs right down the road! Easy check in/out process! Thanks for hosting us!

Very nice Condo with great amenities. We enjoyed the patio and view of the Lake and RR Bridge. Only items to mention were that the Dishwasher and Dryer were full of dishes and towels.....also no garbage bag liners could be found. Sunken living area a bit dangerous and not marked at all
