We had a wonderful stay! Although it was short as we were passing through, the house was clean, updated and beautiful…just what we needed to unwind after a long day on the road. The host was very responsive to questions and made check in and check out so easy. We appreciate everything and would definitely rebook if we are in the area again!

Truly a desert oasis! This property is exactly how it is described and absolutely gorgeous. Our family of 3 had a really hard time leaving it! It is newly built and has all of the modern conveniences. Check in/check out was seamless and we had everything we needed. This was perfect for visiting the caverns. Highly recommend staying here! If we are ever back this way, we will definitely stay again!

We visited the caverns at Carlsbad for a long weekend. The house was beautiful Just prefect. The house is brand new, located in a very walkable development and close to restaurants. Mike’s communication with us was immediate and very helpful. Would definitely rent again next time we’re visiting the area.

Host was super easy to communicate with when I had any questions. House is nicely outfitted. Very clean. Great house if you are traveling to the National Parks. My dog loved the fenced in back yard.

Spacious, with lots of room to spread out; photos don't do it justice. Spotless, had everything we needed... except for a toaster which wasn't a big deal, we just like our morning toast before our hikes :). There was an unseasonable heat wave so we really appreciated access to the garage to keep our car from baking in the sun. Made a great base for visiting Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe NP. Owner was very responsive.

Beautiful new home with incredibly comfortable beds that provided a great rest for my family after a long day's travel. I appreciated being able to park in the garage. The host was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.
