Opulent, spacious, executive apartment featuring 2 king bedrooms with en-suites (1 with a bath). Relax and recharge on a large private balcony with 8 seat dining table and electric BBQ overlooking the Marina. Electric blinds on the balcony can be lowered to protect you from the sun in the afternoons. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen including Breville coffee machine and everything you need to prepare meals. Kitchen also contains an oven, microwave, dishwasher and hotplate. Relax in comfortable leather lounges in the living room with a 65" Smart TV and Bluetooth Soundbar. Located within easy walking distance of Geraldton's boutique shops and international standard cafes and restaurants, there are plenty of places to explore and enjoy.
There is something for everyone. Driving, snorkeling, kite surfing, jet skiing and fishing for the adventurous types. Hire a scooter or a tandem bike for fun to enjoy the full 6.5km foreshore walk. Heritage listed buildings, the stunning HMAS Sydney Memorial overlooking the city, the unique and the beautiful St Francis Xavier Cathedral to visit for those interested in history and architecture.
Also within walking distance is the fantastic farmer's market held every Sunday on the railway platform full of local foods and showcasing some of our extremely talented artists.
Stroll hand in hand along the boardwalk past the Museum and the Marina, choosing which yacht you'd like to own! You can continue past the boardwalk to the right all the way down to the mouth of the Chapman River or go left and arrive at the end of the esplanade and use the binoculars to watch frolicking seals on the rocks or see one of the big cruise or container ships at the port.
