Our brand new Villa is located in the most safest, peaceful and causey area of Strathalbyn. The villa has 3 bedrooms complimented by 3 queenside beds. All bedrooms have ceiling fans to keep you cool during hot summers. With an open plan kitchen, dining and lounging area, this is a home away from home.
It's about 5 minutes drive to all the essential amenities for everyone i.e. The Beach, Town,
Fishing spots, Geraldton attractions and many more. This villa is suitable for leisure and business. There is enough space to park your 4x4 vehicle and Caravan without having to unhitch from your tow hitch. Pets are not allowed.
Come and spend that special moment here... you will have great memories!!!

A fully equipped house with simple and lovely set up. Neat and spacious too. Enough supply of beverage (coffee / tea and milk). Very fast in replying and we truly enjoyed our stay. Short and sweet!

Private, Peaceful & Gorgeous!

Myself & my twins had a lovely stay at the house over the Easter long weekend 2025. It was the perfect sized house for us, with all the amenities you would need for a vacation. The hosts were very polite & left us to enjoy our stay.I highly recommend staying here if you're in Geraldton for a vacation with your family.

Lovely place. It had its own driveway with a gate. Its a granny flat at the rear of a house but is fully fenced off which was great. The bathroom and toilets had lots of little ants and the kitchen cupboard need some attentions as they dont close properly/broken. Overall the place was clean and the beds were comfortable.

He never gave me the lock box code

I never got the lock box code. I called all day and his phone was off. I had to find accommodation else where. I would like my money refunded in full ?!

The deluxe business villa was actually a granny flat ! While mostly clean, spiders in the bath, dust on overhead fans and loose and hanging kitchen doors considerably detracted from first appearance ! Quality of workmanship was not there ! Work obviously done by unqualified owners. Plants dying from lack of water in the gardens, painting work not completed nor done properly.

Our stay at the 3 Bedroomed Deluxe Holiday and Business Villa

Our recent stay at the villa had a few positives, but unfortunately, several issues affected our overall experience.While the compound was spacious and the outdoor area well-kept, the interior space was quite limited. The bedrooms were too small for the queen-size beds, making movement difficult, and the wardrobe doors couldn’t open fully, which took away from the convenience we expect during a holiday.We also encountered a number of practical challenges:•The electric stove wasn’t working upon arrival, and no instructions were provided on what to do in such a situation — especially concerning given the hosts mentioned it was a recurring issue.•The laundry door locked while laundry was in progress, and we had to request access / Keys to open, which could have been avoided with better preparation or leaving the key at the door in case.•Entry instructions were not provided before arrival, which made the check-in process more stressful than it needed to be.•The rug in the bedrooms prevented the door from opening properly, creating both a safety concern and daily inconvenience.Overall, while the villa has potential — especially with its generous outdoor space — our stay would have been significantly improved with better attention to guest comfort, clearer communication, and prompt resolution of known issues.We hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.
