There is a full bathroom which is accessible to both bedrooms and any guest you have that are there for a friendly visit.

This amazing vacation home has everything you need for a fantastic, stress-free stay. Each bedroom has a flat screen television, so no one has to miss their favorite show. Enjoy a laid back cook-out on the home's charcoal grill and stay connected to WIFI throughout the entire house. No more fighting over who gets to post their beach selfies first! The primary renter must be 21 years of age or older. This is a non smoking property. No Pets are permitted. Total parking for 4 vehicles, with 2 covered parking spots under the house.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.
