コテージは、2つの屋外プール、ホットタブガゼボ、プールカバナ、砂糖白砂のビーチへの短い遊歩道がある熱帯の中庭の真向かいにあります。

Spacious, clean and fully out-fitted for our holiday visit. We enjoyed the comfortable beds, completely stocked kitchen and resort amenities. The outdoor hot tub was so wonderful after riding the State Park bike trails! Wonderful host was so responsive to our questions! Will definitely stay here again!

We love staying at this property! Very private, not facing the pools or street. The duplex can get loud if the neighbors sharing the front unit are rowdy. There is a shared grilling area. I've stayed here many of years in a row and only a few times have we had issues with the neighbors taking over all the common spaces as if it were their own. (ex: grill, table, and parking areas) but most times the front stays in the front and we are able to enjoy the back to ourselves. Not a deal breaker for me as there are other grills on property just a few hundred feet away. We love there view of the hot tub so we know if its empty or should wait before headed down. Kiva Dunes has an access round just behind the house which can be noisy in the morning as grounds keepers truck in and out of that area. All-in-All I will continue to keep staying here and already have my next trip booked!

Great location

The size of the unit was great for our needs.It does need some updates, new mattresses and bedding, a few more towels and washclothes.The kitchen was well equipped, which we found very helpful. We were missing the remote for the TV. We were told one would be delivered, but it never showed up.

Family enjoying baby girl graduation in Pensacola FL

Place was smaller than I expected and we did have issues with some things.But I didn't want to spend most of the trip dealing with people coming in and fixing the issues. So I didn't tell the people until Friday of the trip. But thankfully, they did say that they were going to get on those things immediately so that the other people that were going to rent afterward will not have to deal with those situations. This is the fourth time. I have stayed down at Gulf's Plantation. First 2 times we rented condos. And then we rented a house one time And then this d final time we rented. a cottage.

Nice Relaxing Stay

Nice stay, nice property. Great for an enjoyable/relaxing beach vacation. A little further out from everything if you want quick access to stuff, but was perfect for what we wanted.

Perfection

We had a family of 6 staying in the home and everyone had enough space to eat, sleep, shower and move about inside. The storage room was fully stocked with beach toys and beach chairs. Personal grill for the home too! Just a few feet from the water, not a bad walk at all. We all had a great stay and look forward to booking again.

Our Favorite Getaway Spot!

This is one of our favorite locations on the GSP property! Our 3rd time and have already booked our 4th! The location is great, a short walk to the beach. There isn't any real good views of the water from this unit, however 6A the front unit does have a good view, but it doesn't bother us. Close access to the pools and hot tubs just steps away, but far enough you can't hear the activities taking place out there. Plenty of room for family and friends.

Great location

House is so close to the beach. Two pools with easy access. Fort Morgan is a great location for families to get away from the crowds. The house was great. Plenty of room for our family. Peggy the owner is great and responds quickly. The property has a guest at the entrance and a cute coffee shop. We will be back.

Awesome Family Spot!

We had a blast at this place! Seriously, it was the perfect spot for our family vacay. The owner was super helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The location was amazing. The house was big enough for me, the wife, and our three kids to chill and have fun. Inside, it was comfy and had a cool vibe. The kitchen had everything for cooking up yummy meals, and the dining area was great for family dinners. Beds were cozy, so we all slept like babies. Overall, we had a blast and made some awesome memories. We're definitely coming back! If you're looking for a rad family spot, this is it! Big thanks to the owners for having a great place!

Amazing Trip

We had a wonderful stay at the duplex with our whole family. It was the perfect amount of space and division for the different groups. Everyone was able to do what they wanted, when they wanted to. It was really nice being right beside the pools and hot tub as well. Loved staying and will probably be back!

Great Unit for Small gatherings

Love this little duplex! I've stayed here twice now, 1 year apart and it's a great unit with plenty of room for a small group of friends or family. It doesn't have the best view of the beach or water, but it is visible from certain areas. The rear facing porch and deck offers much more privacy than the other half of this duplex which faces into the pool area and other properties. The walk to the surf is about the same distance as the board walk is long.. So not bad at all. One thing to note, if anyone is staying in the other connecting duplex you will hear them! I think people who rent these cottages feel they can make more noise because there isn't other rooms directly above, under and on all sides. So just be aware if you are talking loudly in the kitchen or upstairs hallway.. those conversations aren't limited to being heard in only your unit as we have caught many other conversations and especially if the other renters have young loud children So just FYI. The rooms are nice and specious, never felt cramped like in some of the properties studio units. Truly feels like a home away from home. I can't wait to stay here again!

Perfect getaway

We have stayed at this house numerous times, and we have always enjoyed every visit! Peggy is always quick to respond to questions, and the house offers exactly what we want each time. Our daughters loved the bunkbeds in one of the upstairs’ guest rooms. We look forward to our next visit!

Perfect for families

This property is perfect for families coming together, yet there is enough space when everyone needs a little breathing room. Peggy, the owner is super responsive we had a few ac issues and she was right on top of it and communicated all throughout the process. For those that cook, there was only one pot that had a lid so that can be a little challenging when preparing meals. Other than that we always enjoy our stay at this property and look forward to continuing to make family memories there for many more years to come.

Amazing stay !

Amazing as always! With the avaliable entertainment of the beach, hot tub and pools no need to really go anywhere else. Host is very responsive and kind. House is as shown and clean. This is becoming a yearly occurrence and we love it so much! See you next year !
