Stroll home after a dip and unwind in the inviting living area, complete with a cosy sofa and TV, while split system air conditioning and heating ensure year-round comfort.

The modern, open-plan kitchen and dining area has everything that’s needed to cook and enjoy meals, including a four-seater table plus a dishwasher for easy clean-up. You’ll also have the option to dine alfresco, with glass doors opening to the 7th-floor balcony where you can sip your morning cuppa while you take in uninterrupted views of this iconic coastline.

The bright and airy bedroom has a queen-size bed with side tables and reading lamps as well as mirrored built-in robes and a ceiling fan. Direct balcony access means you can indulge in an afternoon wine and slip straight between the sheets, or open the glass doors to enjoy a refreshing sea breeze from your bed on warm evenings. A contemporary bathroom is immaculately appointed with an overhead shower, vanity and complimentary toiletries.

For those arriving late or returning after-hours, please note that the key card scan at the front door does not open the automated doors. Instead, it provides access through the door on the right-hand side of the entrance.

You’ll be located opposite Palm Beach, with Tallebudgera Creek and Beach, a popular spot for swimming, picnicking and watersports, within a 10-minute stroll. Tallebudgera Surf Club, a local favourite for a cold drink and hearty lunch or dinner is just a few minutes’ walk from your stay, while Pavilions Palm Beach shopping centre is a five-minute drive for Coles and other essentials. The cafes, restaurants and bars of Burleigh and Palm Beach are both within a few minutes’ drive.
