The Ambassador House is a 4 bedroom arts and crafts style home in the Park Place Historic District of Niagara Falls NY. It's so close to the majestic Niagara Falls that on a quiet night you can hear the Niagara River as it crashes over the Falls. Walking distance to the Rainbow Bridge, Third Street Entertainment District, the Underground Railroad Museum & the Seneca Niagara Casino. A wide variety of dining and shopping are also within walking distance or you can rent bicycles just 2 blocks away.
Great for gatherings of family or friends with the safety and convenience you can only find in a home environment.
As a former Ritz Carlton employee, I want to ensure your stay exceeds your expectations. I purchased this historic home in March 2020 and I'm excited to share it with you! In the early 1900s, this home was built and occupied by local industry executives. Attention to detail and quality are found all throughout this home from the beautiful woodwork to the original stain glass windows and doorknobs. You'll feel as though you've stepped back in time but with all today's modern conveniences.

Wonderful cozy house. We did our sightseeing in the day and it was wonderful to come home to a cozy house to clean up and play games. Comfy bed!

Great family place

the house had everything that we needed for a family from 1 to senior. everything we needed to fix a meal and set a table was there. It was a quiet neighborhood. the owner responded well when we had questions and was very responsive over our concern about possibly being snowed in. the beds were comfortable and the living room furniture was very comfy. She had games we could play and the TV reception was great. Thank you Cherrish for providing a home away from home. we would recommend this house to anyone staying in Niagara.

Great for families

This place had 3 toilets, 1 shower and a bathtub/shower combo. Well stocked kitchen. Everything worked. They have a high chair , crib and toddler step stool. Nice quaint home . Very nice stay. Communication with owner was gracious. Easy check in and check out. Good location. You cannot do better. Plants along back walk needed a bit of trimming only. Nice backyard to sit and talk or relax. Shaded area available. Highly recommend. Plenty of parking on street. One car parks adjacent to garage in the back.

Family Fun

The historical house on a lovely street was the perfect place for some family fun and creation of happy memories. House was exactly as advertised and had everything we needed for an amazing stay in Niagara Falls. Hosts were friendly, welcoming and responsive. Would definitely recommend the Ambassador.

Perfect

Perfect location close to the falls and all the action. Walked to shuttle couple short blocks and took the free shuttle to the falls. The house is big and was perfect for our group of 8...4 couples. The backyard was private and a great place to relax and visit when not sightseeing. Our host was awesome they gave us lots of input on restaurants and places to go. The neighbor next door was also nothing but kind we enjoyed a few conversations with them also. We would definitely stay again the area was safe and nice houses.

Every thing we could possibly need.

The property was prepared from child toys to grandparents easy chairs. Living in a 90 year maintained 4 floor house gave our Teens and adults a lesson in history. The air conditioned house is a few blocks from the Niagara Falls parks.

Perfect Fit

This property was a perfect fit for our families (6adults÷5children). The stars in this home are quite steep as per the era it was built. Addition of handrail would be helpful. Otherwise everything was just right

Family Fun at the Ambassador House

The host is extremely responsive through email. Kitchen was well-stocked and the bathrooms had lots of towels. Games and the air hockey table were enjoyed by all. The backyard is beautiful and functional with outside seating near the grill. The house was immaculate!

Gorgeous home with all you need

The home is extremely spacious, with lots of beds and space to gather! We were pleasantly surprised by the air hockey and extra space up top. I love the decor, and the toiletries were provided! We were a group of 7 from NYC visiting the falls. We were able to enjoy both the NY and Canadian views of the falls. The host was very gracious and we highly recommend the house!

Fabulous house near Falls

This was one of the best properties I've stayed in. A great house for a family vacation. Lots of space, warm and cozy, a 3rd floor air hockey table and kid hang out space, stocked kitchen and probably 50 towels! The owner was super helpful and responsive, even including a list of nearby attractions, suggestions, etc. Really a fabulous stay.

Everything that makes you feel welcome, secure, and cared about

Everything from the tasteful wall art that often carried loving commentary to the abundance of high-quality towels in the bathroom to the fresh flowers on the dining room table said, "We care about your well-being here." Property was clean and well-maintained. The kitchen was a total delight, supplied with everything anyone could need. The woodwork from the original house was beautifully maintained.

Spacious house

The house is large and clean. We were very happy to celebrate my wife's birthday there. Very close to falls so we visited it several times at days and nights.

Family Summer trip

The house is wonderful. The kitchen has anything you may need from pots and pans, cooking utensils, cutlery, plates, bowls, etc. there’s even an insta-pot for use. The coffee maker is both a carafe and keurig which is a nice option. The dining room table can seat up to 8 so lots of room. There is a 1/2 bath and living room with a tv available, games and books. The second floor has a full bath and 3 bedrooms, one with a double over double bunk so lots of sleeping space. The tub/ shower is good but if your taller than 6’4” (my son is 6’9”,) there’s a shower on the first landing going up the steps as well as another bathroom with shower on the third floor. The third floor has a room with an air hockey table and another sitting room. Theres plenty of air conditioner window units which kept all the rooms comfortable. The backyard has a nice gazebo with table and chairs and solar lights for sitting out at night. The front porch also has a table and chairs which was quite enjoyable. You won’t regret staying here!

Great place

This house had every amenity you needed. We didn’t want for anything. Cleanest VRBO we have stayed in. We loved relaxing at the gazebo in the evening after a great day at the Falls.

A perfect place to stay in Niagara Falls

We absolutely loved The Ambassador House. It provided us with everything we needed for our family of 5. There was plenty of space and the location was ideal for sightseeing. The owner was very accommodating and foresaw all of our needs. The house was very charming and warm and we really loved it. Parking was a breeze. The outdoor space was well kept and allowed us to enjoy our nights outside where we could hear the falls. We would stay here again. Doug.

Outstanding

We had a wonderful stay in the Ambassador. It is so close to the Niagara Falls tourist spots. We arrived earlier than expected but Matt welcomed us pleasantly and gave us a briefing around the house. It was unfortunate not meeting Cherrish in person but I know she’s a great and amazing like her husband. Very accommodating and responsive to text messages/email. The house is really clean, well-maintained, and organized. I love the kitchen the most. My kids and cousins we’re entertained with their toys in the living room and air hockey in the attic. We’ll never forget this house, we made great memories here.

Great time!

The host is so nice and very responsive. The house was even better than expected. Usually, I can’t sleep on vacation but I did in this house. The house and beds were so comfortable! There’s plenty of street parking and a beautiful backyard. We had a great time! Would definitely rent from her again!!!

Great location, house, and host!

The location of this property is excellent - about a 20 minute walk to the falls and the attractions, but in a quiet neighborhood in the historic district. The house is charming and has lots of space to spread out, as well as a back yard and ample parking. The host, Cherrish, was very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again.

The Ambassador House is in a great neighborhood, the house is large, clean and has several amenities. This house has it all. I would highly recommend this place.
