Our condo can comfortably accommodate up to four guests. The bedroom features a queen-sized bed and the living room provides a sofa bed suitable for two more guests. There is also a well-equipped kitchen and take advantage of our complimentary toiletries and in-suite laundry facilities.

We would like to remind you that this building is completely NON-SMOKING. This INCLUDES no smoking on the balcony and any outdoor common spaces. Kindly smoke at the street level away from entrance ways.

Whether you're here for a vacation or business trip, you can enjoy the building's hotel-like amenities, including a swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, and a serene common garden at the back.

Stay productive or connected with ease, courtesy of our high-speed WiFi.

We love our condo and hope you will treat it as if it was your own. Partying and loud noises will disrupt residents in the buildings and we ask that you be respectful of these in house rules.

Please note, the building is located near a subway line. We have provided earplugs and a noise machine for guests who are sensitive to noise.

Very nice place with thoughtful touches. Appreciated the Nespresso coffee maker and complimentary coffee pods for our stay. The host was very welcoming and all the instructions were very clear.

The apartment was very clean and beautifully furnished with high end appliances and utensils. Our host, Colin was friendly and very responsive to our questions. The apartment's position being around 100 metres from Stadium-China Town train station was fantastic for access to the city and airport. Rogers arena is just across the street. Also there were lots of restaurants and several grocery stores close by. In response to recent hot weather Colin added 2 air conditioners which kept the apartment cool during the hottest days. The view from the unit was across the bay and Vancouver Science World. Should we be lucky enough to return to Vancouver we would be happy to stay in this apartment.

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Communication with Colin was great. He met with us to ensure our check in ran smoothly and he advised us of events that were happening in the area. All of the little extra added touches from the chocolates to the drinks in the refrigerator were appreciated.

Check-In process was very easy and the owner was very nice and informative. Property was exactly as described and located in a great area. The property was clean and the owner left some great treats for us. Parking was a huge bonus and it was a safe, secure lot. My only downside to this property is how loud it is. There is a train station and a busy street but the owner did provide ear plugs which was very helpful. There's also an essential oil machine that I found and used and it relaxed the whole apartment. There are AC units so the apartment was cooled. Beds were comfortable. There is a pull out sofa which was very convenient. Lots of amenities were provided for the restroom as well

Amazing Place

This place was absolutely perfect for my wife and I’s honeymoon! The view from both the living room and the bedroom windows were incredible and the location was very close to a lot of wonderful restaurants, markets, and a couple of other things as well. I am very impressed! 5 out of 5 for sure!

This property was spotless and extremely comfortable. The bed was perfect, the kitchen had all the amenities you would need including a Nespresso machine and pods and he even had beer and other drinks in the fridge. Having a washer and dryer was also helpful for us.

Excellent stay

Great property and Colin was awesome. He was available for check in to help with parking instructions. Location with loads of food spots nearby. House was clean, sky train noise is not an issue, doesn’t run all night. The bed and pillows were so comfortable and the linen was so soft, would highly recommend!

Best VRBO Experience Ever!

I cannot say enough good things about our stay! Colin was a wonderful and communicative host, and the check-in process was clear and extremely smooth. The rental itself is gorgeous, extremely comfortable and well appointed with an amazing view overlooking the river and city beyond. The location is also excellent with so much in walking distance. Overall, just an amazing experience overall, and I would recommend 100% to anyone looking for a great stay in Vancouver!

Beautiful property!

We had a wonderful stay. The property was clean, modern, and well maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony. The property had great amenities and we were very close to shopping, events, and restaurants. Our host was helpful and very easy to contact. This was the cleanest VRBO that I have ever stayed in.
