The host was very welcoming and spent adequate time explaining how everything worked. The apartment is in a great location in a very secure building. Convenient for everything downtown Vancouver and also for transit.

Our hosts were so accommodating and kind! The apartment was a perfect location for all our desired activities. The building security was very thoughtful, although the neighborhood felt very safe anyway. The size and layout of the apartment was just perfect. We even loved the excellent gourmet grocery store across the street! We hope to stay again.

The apartment is nice and clean in a modern apartment building in downtown Vancouver. It was very comfortable and we loved the convenience. I also enjoyed using the lap pool for a workout. It is only one lane but it was empty both days I swam. Also very convenient to have a parking spot.Host communication was great and they were gracious enough to let us stay a few extra hours on checkout day.Would definitely recommend.

A bit of a mixup on check in - resolved and compensated. Always good to have a kitchen and laundry when on the road. Couch not so comfortable but the bed provided a good night's sleep. Location is excellent with all needs in walking distance including bike rental/tour - nice guided ride through Stanley Park. Groceries and prepared meals at Urban Fare just a block up Alberni - a must

We had a lovely stay in Simeon’s downtown apartment! The neighborhood is a little noisy at night (for light sleepers) and downtown traffic can be intense, but we were pleased to have access to private parking for our rental car and especially to the building laundry room after a couple of weeks on the road! We found the bed/sofa bed (for our 8 year old) comfy for a four-night stay and the nearby grocery made for easy mealtimes. A few initial hiccups were quickly resolved and the hosts were responsive to questions.

Such great access to Robson and all of downtown with a subway station a couple of minutes away, but on a quieter street so sleeping wasn't a problem. Clean, comfortable, convenient. Great restos nearby.

10 minute walk (at a homosexual pace) to davie village. Great view. Next door to Coast, an exquisite restaurant with an unbeatable happy hour (1.50 oysters)

Great location

Property is in a great location for shopping and great restaurants! Nice to have parking included as well! Especially in Vancouver where parking costs are outrageous! Best restaurant is right next door! “Coast”. Not much of a view at all from the suite. Well equipped for basic accommodation in a great location. Good value for the price!

Effortless experience

A sweet 1 BR in the absolute middle of downtown Vancouver’s best food, shopping, event venues. Hats off to Simeon for helpfulness before and at my arrival—perfect experience, all around.

Great location ,comfortable, quiet

Excellent central location in a 20 year old condo building. Very secure. Excellent facilities including a decent kitchen and full size fridge. The small balcony is a very nice feature. If you are a swimmer a 25 meter single lane lap pool is a bonus. Just a couple of suggestions for improvement. Some of us retired travelers would prefer watching TV than using a lap top for movies, news sports etc. The TV did not have even a very basic cable package ,only recorded low quality streaming channels. There was used food left over from previous renter in the kitchen cupboard. The key fob is very complicated and we were not given instructions on how to exit the garage. I got trapped in the garbage can area. We felt very rushed when the manager went over the key fob instructions. A detailed written set of instructions on the above would be very helpful.

Wonderful central location. Great well appointed, clean and spacious city apartment for the two of us. Manager was very communicative and very helpful. Lots of amenities. I highly recommend booking this apartment.

A perfect stay

This apartment is perfectly located in a VERY nice part of town. We felt very safe with the proximity card secured entrance and elevator. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for a couple days in the city. Even better was the communication and friendliness of the owner and his son that met with us on check-in and gave us a tour of the property. Should we end up back in Vancouver, we will definitely return to this property.

Wonderful location, and parking too!

We found that we love Vancouver, partly because we had such a nice place to stay. Very roomy and well appointed. So many restaurants nearby, and the transit system is great. Our host was so kind to wait over an hour for us on arrival as we were delayed on the freeway. He then went through all the amenities and procedures. Spent lots of morning hours on the little porch and evenings on the building patio. We recommend this place enthusiastically!

Fantastic rate in the heart of the city.

We enjoyed our stay. The rate was so affordable and so nice it came with parking. Location was central to everything. I appreciated meeting the owners son upon check in who showed us everything we needed to know. The only minor issue was finding a dishwasher full of dirty dishes, but this would not prevent me from staying again.

Great location in downtown vancouver

Our stay was overall good, however it was not 100% accessible if you are wheelchair bound. I was unable to enter the bathroom, but we made the best of it.
