Accommodating four guests in its exquisitely crafted layout, this haven is perfect for small family or couples yearning for a coastal retreat. It boasts two spacious bedrooms brimming with comfort and style: one furnished with an indulgent king-sized bed and the other with equally appealing queen-sized accommodations. A full bathroom and an additional toilet in the laundry ensure ample convenience for all.
At "This is Livin', you'll find every amenity to make your stay truly seamless. From a fully-equipped kitchen to a comfortable dining room, every aspect has been thoughtfully curated. Kids will delight in the stash of board games and books, while a portable Bluetooth speaker sets the tone for unforgettable experiences by the outdoor fire pit during the cooler months.
From the morning routine - with your choice of coffee or tea savoured in the outdoor lounge - to quiet nights in, ensconced on the cozy couch with a film on the smart TV – it’s all about living the dream. Extras like BBQ facilities, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi add to the overall indulgence.
Culburra Beach provides a scenic backdrop filled with opportunities – whether it’s a day spent making sandcastles on the beach or exploring the charming local dining scene. Retreat back to the comfort of 'This is Livin' and cleanse the day away in the convenient outdoor shower.
Important Information:
- A small amount from every booking is donated to local charities — a booking with Professional Holiday Homes supports local communities.
- Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- Whilst the majority of properties provide access to streaming services, guests may be required to log in via their own accounts.
- Air conditioning: The property has air conditioning in the living room.
- Please note that firewood is only supplied from May to September.
- We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.

Our name is Professional Holiday Homes and we aim to live up to the word “Professional” in everything we do. The formula for our properties is based on the award winning holiday homes created by our CEO.
Our approach to property management is that we want you to feel that the property is your own for a few days. As such we limit our communications to a few important emails, but otherwise we will leave you alone! If you are looking for a host that provides welcome platters on arrival, champagne in the fridge and who will contact you throughout your stay, we may not be the right host for you.
What you will get from us are well equipped, fairly priced, pet and family friendly holiday homes that are loved by their owners.
We work in a people business and very infrequently things go wrong - if this happens we will do our best to rectify the situation immediately. In busy periods it may take us a few hours to get to messages so picking up the phone is the fastest and best way for us to provide you with the support you need in an urgent situation.
As we are a licensed real estate agent you can be assured that all properties are fully insured, meet fire safety standards and are registered with NSW planning.

Warrain Beach is Culburra’s surf beach and a major attraction where surfing, swimming, fishing and relaxing on fine white sands are popular activities. The Nowra Culburra Surf Lifesaving Club patrols the beach, south of Penguin Head. Culburra Beach Surf School offers surfing lessons and board hire.
Just north of Culburra are Crookhaven Heads Lighthouse and Crookhaven and Shoalhaven rivers, part of Australia’s Oyster Coast. You can taste succulent local oysters from Jim Wild’s Oyster Service at Greenwell Point, a charming village on the Crookhaven estuary and a short drive from Culburra.
Explore the waterway in a boat or kayak from South Coast Retreat Boat and Kayak Hire at Greenwell Point, where the Riverside Markets is held on the third Sunday of the month. Just west of Greenwell Point is picturesque Pyree, where Pyree Village Art and Handmade Market is held on the fourth Sunday.
While in Pyree, browse the gift shops at the historic Jindyandy Mill. There are more shopping opportunities in Culburra, such as Swinging Swaggy Pottery and Ocean Mirrors Gifts. To the south of Culburra is Lake Woolumboola — a popular waterway for sailing, windsurfing and waterskiing — and Currarong and Jervis Bay.
