Just a one-minute walk from the beach, you can grab a towel and head down for a swim in the sparkling waves any time you like, then shower off in the heated outdoor shower to enjoy the rest of your day on the coast.

Enjoy quality time together in the living room and watch Netflix in the air conditioning and beautifully high ceilings with floor to ceiling windows or sit outside at the outdoor dining table with a board game, a few cold drinks and your favourite tunes on the Bluetooth speaker. Cook lunch on the BBQ to take advantage of the good weather and the sea breeze, or walk just down the road to Food & More for the locals’ favourite coffee and takeaway. Explore the area with the sands and waves of Culburra Beach just a few minutes’ walk away, and Penguins Head with a stunning view off the headland.

End every night around the firepit under a stunning view of the stars, and in the mornings you can wake up well-rested and have a slow morning with a cup of tea, or enjoy a Nespresso to fuel another day of adventure. However you spend your time in this beautiful vista, Unwind will ensure you’ll make happy memories to last a lifetime.

Important Information:

- There is construction works happening at neighbouring property, with expected completion early December 2026
- We supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- Whilst the majority of properties provide access to streaming services, guests may be required to log in via their own accounts.
- A small amount from every booking is donated to local charities — a booking with Professional Holiday Homes supports local communities.
- Please note that firewood is only supplied from May to September.
- Fencing: The property is fully fenced
- Bathroom. There is an internal bathroom (1) plus an outdoor shower (.5) .Please check the floorplan.
- Air conditioning: The property has air conditioning in the living area only
- We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.
- For our pet friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds (please bring a blanket).
- After booking you must sign a rental agreement. Please contact us prior to booking if you'd like to view a copy.
- No schoolies, parties, bucks or hens groups are permitted.

Lovely small house perfect location

Lovely, cosy brand new north facing house very close to the beach. It had everything we needed and was a perfect winter get away. Lovely outdoor shower, fireplace and outdoor area. We took our little poodle and she loved it too!

A gorgeous beach side retreat

Unwind is a beautifully appointed house on a quiet lane just metres from the beach. I enjoyed a fabulous short break with my Labrador. We both loved the fireplace and I had everything I needed for a luxurious stay. Just divine!

A perfect stay

Everything was 100% perfect. So close to the beach and every appliance we needed was there as well as a lot of basic pantry items. We did not want to leave and I’m sure we will return. Being able to bring our old dog was a real bonus and made our holiday extra special

Lovely property

Perfect place for a winter retreat. The fireplace added a cosy atmosphere to Unwind. There’s something special about a walk on the beach in winter & coming back to a wine by the fire. All the details are very well thought out. The house is immaculate. A really lovely property to spend a few days relaxing.

The Best Little Haven in Culburra

This gorgeous little home ticks every box for a perfect stay by the beach. Not only is it close to the beach and fabulous cafes, it is dog friendly! The finishes in this home are magnificent with a massive attention to detail and build quality. I am a choreographer and my partner is a builder now investment trader and our accomodation standards are very high and this place most certainly meets everything. Do yourself a favour and stay there, you will not regret it. We are going to book a permanent long weekend there from now on.

Worth the money

Gorgeous little holiday house only 2min walk to beach. Everything was well thought out for a comfortable stay down to quality appliances, plentiful crockery and plush bath mats! Couch was not very comfortable and the dog hair stuck to the cushions was a disappointment. Apart from that a clean, bright, welcoming space. Wood burning fireplace was a treat. Would definitely stay again.

Nice home right next to a dog friendly beach

The home is beautiful and exactly as described. Very comfortable for two adults and a dog. It's really a 2 minute walk from Culburra beach which is dog friendly and also a 2 min walk from a cafe (beware the coffees can take 30 mins though!). The house is well equipped with everything you might need and is clean and tidy. The parking spot is pretty tight though and we only have a small car so can't imagine anyone putting a bigger one in it.

What a way to ‘unwind’

Spent a wonderful 10 nights at ‘Unwind’ - Culburra Beach. The place is aptly named. Perfectly located for access to the patrolled beach & a great place to relax - our fur baby was very happy too! Everything about the place is well considered, with outdoor BBQ area and shower to wash off all the sand Only gripe (& it’s minimal) - linen & toilet paper supplies were light on, so you’ll need to shop & bring beach towels. Thankfully, Woolworths is nearby as is the awesome Fishwick cafe for coffee and breakfast. And if you love the ocean, you can take a dip each morning with the Burra Bergs. Only word of warning - they are about to start building on the vacant block directly opposite and this will create construction noise and impact accessbilly so best check before you book.

Our name is Professional Holiday Homes and we aim to live up to the word “Professional” in everything we do. The formula for our properties is based on the award winning holiday homes created by our CEO.

Our approach to property management is that we want you to feel that the property is your own for a few days. As such we limit our communications to a few important emails, but otherwise we will leave you alone! If you are looking for a host that provides welcome platters on arrival, champagne in the fridge and who will contact you throughout your stay, we may not be the right host for you.

What you will get from us are well equipped, fairly priced, pet and family friendly holiday homes that are loved by their owners.

We work in a people business and very infrequently things go wrong - if this happens we will do our best to rectify the situation immediately. In busy periods it may take us a few hours to get to messages so picking up the phone is the fastest and best way for us to provide you with the support you need in an urgent situation.

As we are a licensed real estate agent you can be assured that all properties are fully insured, meet fire safety standards and are registered with NSW planning.
