Overall our stay was good. Unfortunately, the air conditioner broke down the day we began our stay, and in the middle of a heat wave in Invermere. Communication with the host was good, we worked out getting a portable A/C unit and fan to manage the heat in the house. Due to how busy the local A/C company was this was the best solution as they weren’t able to replace the main unit until after the end of our trip. The main living space easily fit our group of 8. Our kids enjoyed the hot tub, even with the heat. The dining room comfortably fit all of us around the table. Tons of storage.

Amazing house with all the amenities! The location is perfect, 5 minute walk to downtown and 5-10 min drive to all the golf courses. Spacious rooms, lots of areas to hangout, and a beautiful yard. The group enjoyed sitting on the back patio and relaxing with the nice weather. We will definitely be back!

Our stay was unfortunately not as smooth as we hoped.A few basic expectations weren’t met during our visit. Towels were not provided, even though they knew 7 adults were coming, which caused inconvenience. When contacted the manager he was not helpfulAt all.Additionally, the snow around the property was not removed, making it difficult and unsafe to access the rental. When we reached out for help, the manager was not very responsive and keep repeating check the drawers.Kitchen floor was not swept or moped before our arrival.VRBO charges so much money for house keeping and admin fees so I was very disappointed to see kind of service we got?The location and property had potential, but these issues made the stay less enjoyable than expected. I hope the company addresses these concerns for future guests.
