Matakana Puri Retreat. Cozy and comfortable pet friendly accommodation.
Our accommodation is only 5 mins away from Matakana Village, 17 mins from Pakiri and 10 mins from all main beaches including Omaha, Buckletons and Campbells Bay.
We offer a comfortable queen size bed with linen provided. A full size separate bathroom with shower and toilet. Towels and face cloths provided.
We offer a smart TV and Wi-Fi.
Our kitchen has a gas oven & gas hob, fridge/freezer, cutlery, plates, pots and pans provided with basics (sugar, tea, coffee Nespresso machine, basic food and milk from our local farm).
The accommodation is separate from the main home and is private.
We can accommodate a family with a baby, but please let me know so we can discuss.
We are dog friendly.
*Please note we do have pets who are very sociable and love people.
Our accommodation is located up a driveway and is easy access, but if you miss our driveway, a turn circle is located up the hill.
No room for a boat. There is a carpark allocated for the guest.

Hello future guests. Our property is located in rural Matakana, north of Auckland. We like to think that we are self sufficient. We have our own gardens, I mill my flour and bake bread, love cooking and enjoy our pets, including our faithful chickens. We like to think we are super friendly but allow our guests to have their own space.

Matakana is a beautiful spot, especially our spot. We look over the valley and at night the sky is very clear. Our property came with a very old Puri tree, which hosts alot of Kereru (Wood pigeon), Tui's, Fantails and if you are lucky, Kookaburra's.

The view is amazing, and our lovely old Puri Tree is beautiful.
