Complete with an undercover patio with BBQ and outdoor dining area, which looks over the large grassed landscaped yard. This back yard is perfect for families and relaxing at the end of an adventurous day. With an oudoor shower, it is the percect way to wash off your beachy day.

The open plan living and dining area has a smart TV and reverse cycle airconditioning.

Enjoy retiring to the front deck to view the magical sunsets across the ocean. Watch the Emu"s and kangaroos wander past as the sun sets in front of you.
