Home away from home

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Dear Debbie,Our rental was great but a few little things happened along the way like loosing power and then having to weirdly resolve it ourselves whilst waiting for someone to be sent out. The property rental was efficient but no real offer of compensation was given for the inconvenience or apology really at all but honestly a fantastic house with everything you needed to enjoy your stay.

Casa Mariposa beautiful location and home

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Casa Mariposa as a holiday home was better than we anticipated. Unfortunate the pool was unable to be used due to maintenance issues. Part of the reason we wanted to stay at this home was to use the pool and its outdoor entertaining area. We were contacted by the management company a day prior to our stay to inform us that the pool was not useable and they have had issues getting people to repair it and they offered for us to stay at alternative apartment accommodation in Airlie Beach. We were still wanting the retreat like accommodation of Casa Mariposa instead of apartment accommodation. Disappointing as we had booked this accommodation in advance and it looked as if the pool had not been in use or maintained for sometime. However, when we had issues with wifi connection, the property management company delivered another modem which was appreciated. Also great service in returning my daughter’s water bottle in the post that she had left on our departure. We would love to return to Casa Mariposa when the pool is in working order sometime in the future.
