Enjoy a fantastic stay at this comfortable and spacious 4.5-bedroom house, perfect for bringing along family and friends. Perfectly located near Clyde North Lifestyle Centre, everything you need is just a few minutes away.

A short drive takes you to Casey Race for sports and swimming, with Cranbourne Golf close by. Another quick trip to Casey Central offers access to shops like Woolies, Aldi, Coles, Kmart, China Bar, Subway, and more. Plus, Westfield Fountain Gate is just a 20-min. drive away!

1 King Bedroom, 3 Queen Bedrooms, 1 Dining Area, 2 Living Areas, Kitchen Area, Laundry Room, Walkin Pantry, Walkin Wardrobe in Kind Bedroom, Ensuite Bathroom and Toilet in King Bedroom, Backyard etc.

Garage not accessible by Guests. Driveway and Off Street Parking Only.

All the Spaces in the House are accessible except for Garage. Garage is used by the Maintenance Team to keep their things.

Great Location with very Friendly People Around. All Modern Homes and Great People and Area to Stay. Great Estate for Walk and Talk.

Everything is around the corner within a Short Drive. Nice Homes Around and People are very Friendly.

New house with NO a/c

There was no air conditioning in this brand new house.Had 3 commercial fans and a stand fan to try and keep the house cool in 35 degree weather. I guess we overlooked that detail when booking!!Very crowded subdivision.Homes very tight. Couldn't open the windows very far to get the house cooled No BBQ as advertisedHad to contact owner as oven hadn't been set up aw it was brand new. Had to get a manual from owner and then had to You tube how to set it up.Frying pans were old, Not sure why VRBOs won't put new pans in their units. I won't cook on badly scratched teflon pans.There was only a top sheet on one bed. Found the stack of sheets in the bed drawer the day we left.Owner asked us to take the garbage and recycle bins to the road for pick up. Told him we didn't think that was our job but did it for him.
