Also boasts a peaceful neighbourhood with local amenities and a personalised guide book to assist you with things to do in the area
The space
Spacious 4 bedroom house, mirrored robes.
2 bathrooms with a stand alone bath to enjoy a day of relaxation and unwinding. Ensuite with double vanity.
The home also has an outdoor room/patio and outdoor space for your entertainment with bbq facilities.
The home offers a spacious kitchen with a large entertaining island bench for your convenience. A dining space and 2 living areas to meet all your needs.
The home boasts a Miele (pyrolytic oven) and Smeg cooking appliances to meet all your cooking needs with relevant utensils to aid.
This includes a Miele smart cooking app that can be utilised while entertaining.
A coffee machine and plunger is available for guests to utilise with fresh breakfast ingredients upon arrival.

The area has something for everyone from children to adults and or the whole family. Things to do include; horse riding, kids activities, wineries, spas, cinemas and shopping.
