The Space:

This centrally located property is just 5 minutes from Taupo town center and a 3-minute drive from the 2 Mile Bay Sailing Centre. It's the ideal spot to unwind by the water with a refreshing drink and a delicious wood-fired pizza. If you enjoy walking or biking, the Lions Walk is just moments away.



The home offers three bedrooms: Bedroom 1 features a king-sized bed, Bedroom 2 has a queen-sized bed, and the third bedroom includes two single beds. The bathroom has a shower and vanity, with a separate toilet for added convenience.



Please note: This property is strictly not suitable for parties, events, or loud groups.



Guest Access:

Guest have access to the whole property, including the garage and out-house with separate toilet, you will also find the outdoor chairs to place and enjoy the BBQ and outdoor dining.

Please note : from parking or the garage it is up some stairs to access the single level home.



Other Things to Note:

Rotorua is only one hours drive and Hawkes Bay within 1.5 hours drive for a day of sightseeing and for the active traveler the Ski field and Tongariro crossing is an 1.5 hours drive. The Glowworm Caves are also 2 hours drive and Hobbiton 1.5 hours making Taupo the heart of the North Island and the perfect place to stay and explore from.



Interaction with Guests:

We like to give our guests their privacy but Kerry is available by phone or text to answer any questions and we are only ever 10-15 minutes drive away if needed in an emergency.
