The Space:

Primary Bedroom: King bed, large flat-screen TV, and sliding glass doors that open to the pool and lakefront dining area. The en-suite bathroom has an open layout with a jetted tub, separate shower, and vibrant jungle-themed wallpaper.



Two Guest Bedrooms: Each with a king bed, located on the opposite side of the home from the primary bedroom, perfect for families seeking privacy.



Theater/Kids Room: Features leather couches, a massive TV, a Pac-Man arcade machine, and a popcorn machine for a full movie experience. Includes a twin-over-full bunk bed with pull-out twin trundle, ideal for children or teens.



Office Area: A semi-private office near the entryway with an executive desk and printer, ideal for remote work.



Two Living Rooms: A formal sitting area for quiet relaxation and a family room with a fireplace and TV, perfect for family gatherings.

Outdoor Kitchen & Dining: A covered patio overlooking the lake with a wine fridge, drink fridge, BBQ grill with vent hood, and a four-person dining table under a ceiling fan.



Screened-In Pool & Pool Spa (Jets Only, Not Heated): Pest-free swimming right off the back door. The pool features a built-in spa section with bubbling jets for relaxation (please note: this area is not heated and should not be confused with a hot tub). Two sun loungers provide space for relaxation, and a third bathroom is conveniently located for swimmers.
