Sandcastles 407 is proudly managed by 'Happy Palm Stays', the top vacation rental manager on the Space & Treasure Coasts! Sandcastles Condominium complex offers a beautiful, direct oceanfront, spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental in the heart of Cocoa Beach. Located directly on the Atlantic Ocean, this condo provides spectacular ocean views from the living room and private balcony. It is an ideal choice for families, couples, or small groups looking to enjoy a beachside getaway.

The spacious living area features comfortable seating and large balcony for watching sunrises and the ocean. It's perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or entertaining. The kitchen is outfitted with modern appliances and fully stocked making it easy to prepare meals at home. The master suite features a king-sized bed, ocean views, and an en-suite bathroom with a combination bathtub and shower. It offers a private, comfortable retreat with all the amenities you need. The guest bedroom offers a queen bed and twin bunk beds, along with easy access to the second bathroom.

Location is the best for water activities, adventure and scenic view to enjoy. Just a 30 mins drive to Kennedy Space Center, an hour drive to Walt Disney World. You're steps from the beach and an easy drive, bike ride or walk to the local bars, restaurants, and shops of Cocoa Beach.

Everything was great! Condo was in a great location and had a beautiful view of the ocean! It was well equipt with everything we needed! Would definitely recommend and return!

Sisters week

Had a great time everything was pretty good. The bathroom in the spare the tub was full of sand and hard to drain. Would rent it again.

Beautiful place. Would do it again. Few minor issues, spa not working and garbage disposal splash guard missing, caused some minor spashes. But over all well worth the money.

We stayed at Sandcastles in Cocoa Beach because our youngest child was playing baseball in Viera. The majority of the team stayed at the same complex. It was great for the boys that we were able to find 6 units in the same place. They had a blast on the beach and in the pool together. The walk to the beach was easy. The pool was perfect for our purposes, but it closes at 10:00 on the dot! The drive to the USSSA ballpark was not bad at all, about 30 minutes each way. The unit completely met our needs. Our family of 4 was able to sleep comfortably in one bedroom that had a queen size bed for the parents and two bunk beds for the kiddos (12 year old boy and 16 year old girl). The only thing that was a little tight was having room for all of our luggage, but it wasn't a problem. My parents, who are in their 70s, had the king sized front room, and we all kind of used both bathrooms just for space. Bathrooms are small, but well-appointed and sufficient for our needs. I loved having attached shampoo, etc. on the wall like a hotel. Well-appointed kitchen with everything we needed to cook at home a couple of nights and the balcony was good-sized and had a perfect view of the ocean. Several restaurants close by, but not crazy crowded like the Panhandle. We had a wonderful trip and would love to visit Cocoa Beach again. Would definitely stay in this unit again if we have the opportunity. Very reasonable price for a clean, attractive beach front unit that sleeps 6 comfortably.
