The Space:

Upstairs offers a modern kitchen with island bench, two bedrooms with ceiling fans and shutters, a stylish bathroom, and internal garage access.



Downstairs, the master suite features a king bed, ensuite, and spa bath, alongside a rumpus room, kitchenette, study nook, and a second deck. Extra sleeping is provided with a double and single sofa bed.



From the back gate, stroll directly to beautiful Garden Bay for swimming, fishing, or a coastal walk.

Groceries and essentials are available at Malua Bay IGA (2 km), and Batemans Bay (13 km) provides waterfront restaurants, shopping, and family activities.



Other Things to Note:

All linen and bath towels are provided for your comfort, but please bring your own beach towels. The home is well-equipped with cooking essentials and supplies; if you have specific needs, let us know in advance so we can assist—or bring them along to ensure a smooth stay.
