Get ready to relax in this 3BR/2BA vacation rental, set on a hill with views of the Sandia Mountains from the private pool! *Pool is not heated*

This home is conveniently located only 3 minutes from a fitness center and 5 minutes from shopping. Inside, you’ll find 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, open-concept living and dining room with granite counter tops and a gas fireplace in the living room.

When the sun’s shining, soak up the rays in the incredible outdoor area. A covered dining area, sun loungers by sparkling swimming pool, and all of it framed by a view of the Sandia Mountains.

-hot tub is heated year round. Please request hot tub to be heated 48 hours before your stay-

Impeccably clean property with outstanding communication by the owner.mthe kids really enjoyed the pool while taking in the view of the Sandias. It's adjacent to Paseo Del Norte and Coors for easy access to major freeways (e.g. I-40). Well equipped kitchen and plenty of towels for the kids and pool time. Will return for future trips!!

The house was amazing, clean, had everything we needed and more. The pool and hot tub was incredible and very well maintained. A lot of things to do or places to go that were fairly close. The host had great family games that we utilized. I had accidentally left something there that was personal and valuable to me and reached out to her. Rosie quickly, replied and located the necklace and we arranged to have it sent to me. I was very grateful for her quick attention and understanding with this matter. It's a great place with a great host!!!!

The pool heater and hot tub heater did not work, dirty old skillets, no where for dogs to use restroom. Plumbing is backwards they did not tell me , and the owner kinda here and there on communication

We had a great time at this beautiful property. The sweet host came to bring more propane & explain the confusing hot tub directions. Needs a few things: frying pans, mattress, & hangers. She was receptive to my suggestions. All in all we would stay here again with a few upgrades! Beware the mantle corner that sticks out into the walkway!

Could not be happier — view of balloon park and mountain — quiet safe area - property situated in such a way that although neighbors are close you have pretty much complete privacy —- with wide open sky —- pool / hot-tub and throughout the house everything you need // very clean. — and to top it off shopping is just 10 minutes away ! A perfect vacation.

Stayed here over Boots in the Park weekend, didn’t spend much time here, but it was perfect for us. Pool & hot tub were a nice bonus.

This truly is an amazing place to stay and the host, Rosie, is easy to work with and incredibly helpful. I would sincerely recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to relax with family and friends. A few things I want to note to ensure your stay is the best possible:1) Come with ice. We have stayed twice in the last 2 years and both times the ice maker was broken and no ice trays are provided.2) Bring spices - they only have salt, pepper and garlic salt so if you plan to cook come prepared.3) Unfortunately the owner had the pool cleaned while we were in the unit and failed to mention that would make the pool off limits for several hours. When you rent a place with a pool you want to maximize your time in the water so - clean up minor leaves/debris yourself and save the cleaning.4) Master bathroom shower doesn’t make much sense. For a hot or warm shower put the dial directly in the middle and let it get warm BEFORE turning on the shower.5) If the door code you were given doesn’t work after 3 tries, call or text Rosie. We were sent the wrong code and locked ourselves out of the keypad for several mins before it reset. Rosie quickly corrected the code but full bladders and a potty training baby were bummed out by the wait.Again - this property is spectacular - but hoping to help the next guest prepare accordingly for the best experience.
