Short, pleasant walk to the beach! Two bedrooms, two baths. Dogs OK.

Welcome to our second floor Tennis Club Villa! It has been significantly refreshed over the past few years with new mattresses and bedding; new appliances; new flooring in the bedrooms; some new furniture and fresh paint. It is ideally located just a short, pleasant walk from the beach, the Sanctuary Hotel, and several dining options. Adjacent to the tennis center, the villa is also close enough to walk to the Turtle Point Golf Course and driving range. Night Heron Park, “The Nest” market, and playgrounds are close by. There are two bedrooms; one has a king bed and ensuite bath, the other has two double beds and ensuite bath. There are TVs in the living room and each bedroom. The kitchen, with ample storage and granite countertops, is well equipped. From the large screened porch you might catch glimpses of wildlife on the natural, wooded grounds. WiFi is included. Beach gear, towels, and a beach wagon are supplied. Bring your own bicycles, or rent from several vendors on the island, to enjoy more than 30 miles of paved paths.
Parking spaces are provided for two vehicles. Rental Business License # RBL21-000078
* This villa rental does not include access to swimming pools. Unfortunately, Kiawah Island is not making day passes available at this time.

Great, clean place to stay and perfect for our vacation. Lou was super helpful and very responsive - even sending weather updates as we were there during a tropical storm. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful place!

We have been coming to Kiawah for many years and this condo was great! It had everything we needed and is very nicely decorated. The owner was very easy to work with and we had a wonderful stay!! Highly recommended!

Kiawah vacation

We enjoyed our stay on Kiawah Island! Golf, spa at the Sanctuary, shopping at Fresh Fields and beach walking. I love the beach in May!

Louis is friction free as a landlord. Such an easy place to stay with a short walk to the beach! We believe our dog might have enjoyed his stay more than we did!

Great Stay - Exactly as described!

My parents and I had a great stay at Kiawah last week. I loved the layout of the condo and there was plenty of room for all of us. Also, since i was for working remotely for a few days - i found the internet to be great. Thanks!

Amazing escape

This place was perfect for our family. We enjoyed easy walks and bike rides to the beach as well as riding to mingo point. The house and owner are wonderful and we will definitely be back.

Amazing Stay

We had such a nice visit to Kiawah Island. The condo is very clean and has everything that we needed. It is a quick walk to the beach. The owner is very responsive. We are looking forward to visiting next year and staying at this condo again!

Third summer and love it!

This is the third summer my family and I have stayed at this villa. We love it! Very clean and a great location. It is dog friendly which we love too! Louis is very responsive to any questions. We will be booking again!

We have visited Kiawah Island for many years but this was our first stay at The Tennis Club Villas. The villa was very clean and very well equipped. The owner was very responsive when we needed to contact him. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Great Place to Visit

I can't say enough good things about our stay and communication with the owner. The condo is lovely and clean and true a short walk to the beach. The kitchen lacked nothing, had more things than we expected. The screened porch was wonderful sitting out at almost any time of day.

Wonderful relaxing stay

Property was comfortable and well equipped. We loved the screened in porch. Lots of deer and wildlife. Easy walk to the beach. Owner provides wagon, umbrellas, chairs, etc. Louis was very responsive to questions. Would definitely stay there again.

Quaint spot, close to beach & all the golf!

Lou's place was finely furnished and had all the amenities we needed for the week. The AC worked great, the beds/ living area were extremely comfortable, and the ocean is a 10 minute walk away! Very quiet at night, and peaceful during the day. If you love the beach & golf, this is a great place to stay for a week. We will definitely be visiting Kiawah again and hope that Lou's place is available on our next trip!

Great Spot for a Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this great location. Convenient walk to the beach. The owner provided beach supplies including an umbrella, chairs and a wagon to haul everything. Also provided were dog bowls and a cover for the furniture in case the dog wanted on the couch. These were all great surprises.

Perfect Kiawah vacation!

We've been vacationing in KI for 35 years and have stayed in beautiful homes and villas each time. Great spot on kiawah

We stayed for the week and enjoyed ourselves. Everything was clean, wifi worked great to support WFH. There was an unexpected repair needed for one of the bridges to get to the beach- owner provided a work around but it was a bit of a walk, unfortunately.

A comfortable, well-appointed condo

This is a lovely property. Newly updated, clean and in a good location in terms of the beach, tennis facilities and The Sanctuary. We arrived during the PGA which complicated our entry to the island, but the owner Lou helped smooth the whole process. We've vacationed at Kiawah, on and off, for 40 years and both agreed that this is one the best 2-bedroom condos we ever rented. We hope to stay again here next year.

Wonderful location for beach, biking, golfing and tennis

Villas are beautiful and as pictured and described. Spotless and clean upon our check in. Louis was quick to reply to any questions I had and was prompt with emails for the gate passes, entry codes, and suggestions for our stay. Beach chairs and beach towels were helpful. We rented bikes and loved the location for quick trip to beach or market. Would highly recommend and stay here again. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with our family!

Family vacay

Great place! The walk to the beach was easy. We enjoyed our coffee on the screened porch each morning and even cooked in a couple of times…we had everything we needed. I also appreciated the storage area where we were able to lock up our own bikes. It made it a lot easier so that we didn’t have to bring them up to the condo each night. Can’t wait to come back next year!
