Relaxation by the Beach

The house was just as described and was within 5 minutes walking distance from the beach in a quiet residential neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property to anyone.

Quiet Paradise Great Location

The property was clean, well furnished, and the perfect location. The property owner was responsive to all inquiries within minutes. The pool area was private and perfect size for 6 of us to hang out all day comfortably.

Mother’s Day retreat

The house was perfect for our family gathering for Mother’s Day. Just as advertised. The pool was very refreshing and the house was convenient to the beach, supermarket and restaurants. A very relaxing stay.

A wonderful stay

The property was just what we needed! A great house, yard, neighborhood and close to everything we needed. Fernando was quick with any questions we had . Would definitely come back.

House was very nice, pool area could use some help. Family enjoyed the stay including the four legged ones.

Amazing House

The house was absolutely stunning.! The living areas area very spacious and each room comes with all necessities such as towels, soap, lotion and more. Kitchen also comes with everything you’ll need for your stay. The outside pool area is great and has tons of pool toys. Also located closely to stores and shops. You’ll honestly not want to leave and truly enjoy your stay! 5 stars and HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Property manager

The booking process was easy and quick. The communication before checking in was awful. While there, I emailed more than once and never heard back. I asked the property manager to please call me-never did. The property and location were perfect

Good location but many issues

Located in a tranquil neighborhood the house is in a great spot. It's a 10-minute walk to the beach and to Publix. However, the guest bathroom had small roaches coming from the drain and when we contacted the owner they said pest control would come but the issue persisted until the final days of our stay. The pool didn't seem to have chlorine and nobody came to clean it until two days before we left. Also, the photos listed are old photos, the bedrooms shown all had TVs mounted onto the walls, but they weren't there during our stay.

Thanks for the feedback! Our pools are serviced twice a week and we have pest control service one a month. Since your stay we have been monitoring the issue and it seems to be no longer one. As for the photos, we will be updating those as well. Thanks again.

First of all, if anyone has forgotten, VRBO stand for Vacation Rental By OWNER. This home is managed by PMI, property management company and unfortunately takes out the personal attention received when dealing with home owners. I personally used to be an owner and host on VRBO and since more and more management companies have taken over, it is simply not the same. I have had nothing but bad experiences when I have booked through management companies and this time was no different. PLEASE be aware of whom you are booking your stays with and try to book directly with homes managed by the owners and not paid, cold hearted companies. You will have much better experiences like it was intended to be. Thank you!

Excellent Location

Great location. Close to beach, grocery store, restaurants & Lauderdale by Sea pier. Could walk everywhere. Great farmers market on Sunday at El Prada Park.
