Very equipped home! Was perfect for our family stay. The backyard is truly all you need! Amazing pool and space, plenty of seating. We loved our time here! Walkable to beach and restaurants. We didn’t even need a car! Would be great with small kids/baby as there is a crib and toys. Would love to stay again!

Great location, easy walk to beach and great restaurants/cafes. Very well maintained, clean and well stocked house. 6 adults stayed very comfortably here. Host very communicative and responsive. Worked a couple of mornings with no problems. Only wish we could have stayed longer. Lauderdale-by-the-sea is a great relaxed vibe; perfect escape from the long New England winter.

We had to book a last minute stay for my husband’s sisters funeral. We were not having the best of time just because of the circumstances in which we had to come to Florida. When we got to the house EVERYTHING was perfect. Clean and very welcoming. The best were perfect! Everything was perfect. Our hostess Andree was absolutely amazing!!!! I would definitely book again! 10/10 would reco!

The renovated house was stunning—spotlessly clean and in the perfect location, just minutes from downtown. What really set it apart, though, were all the thoughtful kid-friendly features. From the crib and high chair to toys, kitchenware, and everything else you could possibly need for little ones, this home truly makes traveling with children a breeze. We can’t wait to stay here again on our next trip!

Absolutely amazing, spent most of our days at the pool. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants was awesome! Andree was amazing as well. She responded right away with any questions I had before the stay and during. When we come back down next year if this property is available, we will be staying again for sure.

Super clean and stocked with necessities

We had an awesome time at this property! Very clean and had everything you need to cook and live comfortably all week. Location is perfect for relaxing or the night life if you choice to do that. Owner was very responsive and friendly! Would stay here again for sure!

Ft. Laudy by the Sea

This property was exactly what we were looking to do a quick warm, sunny getaway! We walked to the downtown beach area in about 7 minutes. The pool was great! If people didn’t feel like the beach they could stay back and still enjoy time outside.

Lauderdale by the Sea Family Trip

Fantastic location, great house

Really spacious, clean and well-equipped home. Great location 5 mins walk from the beach and local amenities. The house was easy to access with the key code. Would recommend.

I appreciate LBTS because I grew up here it’s my home since I am a child, you can walk from the house to the beach, 40 different varieties of restaurants in town to choose from such as Italian cafés, Mexican to BurgerFi hamburgers to Italian food to American, great seafood restaurants, just think of it and you’ll find it.
Let’s not forget the shopping, hardware stores, , bicycle rentals, spas, food shopping, the town has everything, all walkable from the house.

The neighborhood is high end, you will feel right at home, the town provides great security, it’s a very quiet neighborhood and yet from the house you can walk to the beach, be in all the action with all the different varieties of restaurants to choose from and when you’ve had enough, you walk back to your quiet private oasis.

The House is Walking distance to the beach, fishing pier, shopping, restaurants, bars, bakery's, kids playgrounds, basketball courts, ice cream shops, live musicians during peak season, as well the backyard is fully gated by the pool area and is very quiet and private.

Yes you can walk from the house to everything!!
From the house to the beach is approximately an 8 to 12 minute walk depending on your pace and is including 40 + different varieties of restaurants in town to choose from such as Italian cafés, Mexican, to BurgerFi, to Italian food, Home made Kilwins Ice Cream shop, to rest Kaluz American cuisine, and great seafood and steak restaurants, just think of it and you’ll find it.
Let’s not forget the shopping, hardware stores, , bicycle rentals, spas, food shopping, the town has everything, and all walkable from the house.
