Welcome to our beautiful vacation home in the charming town of Souris. Spanning 1,800 square feet, this spacious retreat boasts six bedrooms, accommodating up to 12 guests.

Our bedrooms are furnished with 2 king and 4 queen beds. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated with a coastal home accent providing a comfortable, calm sleep space. There is a full bathroom on each level as well as two bedrooms with half bath ensuites.

The expansive kitchen is equipped for all your culinary needs, featuring new stainless steel appliances alongside smaller essentials like a microwave, toaster, kettle, and blender.

From one coffee lover to another, we have you covered. Enjoy your morning coffee just how you like it. Seabreeze Beach Retreat comes equipped with a french press, drip coffee pot, Keurig and a coffee grinder for those fresh local PEI blends.

For hassle-free meals, step outside to find a propane barbecue and an oversized Blackstone grill, perfect for preparing large meals with minimal cleanup.

Our living area is designed for enjoyment, with ample space for entertaining, playing PS4, or watching shows on our 55-inch smart TV. Relax on our oversized sectional sofa while diving into a good book or enjoying quality time with friends and family over board games.

To enhance your comfort, the main level is equipped with air conditioning, and ceiling fans are available in the upstairs bedrooms.

We know that fully shutting off on vacation is not always possible. For this reason we have provided wifi throughout the home and a dedicated work space.

For families traveling with young children, we have thoughtfully included a variety of baby items for your convenience, such as a high chair, children's tableware, a pack-and-play, baby gate, baby bath, potty seat, and safety covers for sharp furniture corners. We aim to make your stay as stress-free as possible.

Savor the fresh air on our wraparound deck, featuring two pergolas and plenty of seating. Situated on a 1.5-acre lot, Seabreeze Beach Retreat offers ample green space for outdoor activities. You'll find plenty to keep you entertained, with access to soccer nets, a volleyball net, a trampoline, a two-person inflatable kayak, paddle boards, washer toss, spike ball, snorkels, beach toys, beach chairs and more

Evenings can be spent roasting marshmallows and sharing stories around the campfire

The location of our home is truly ideal. Located only 5 minutes from Souris where you can find grocery stores, liquor stores, pharmacies, restaurants, beaches, our Souris information centre, and much, much more.

Nearby attractions include MYSA Nordic Spa, Basin Head, Greenwich Beach, Dunderave and Brudenell River golf courses, biking and walking trails, The Inn at Bay Fortune, fishing charters, and the towns of Souris and Montague.
