A Summer Place is a light, bright ,homely holiday house ,surf beach end of town.

This house is split level, with verandas off living and lower bedroom areas.
The living area has a smart tv, ceiling fans, reverse cycle a/c, fully appointed kitchen, coffee machine (grounds), stove, microwave, plenty of crockery and cutlery, corner pantry, fridge and dishwasher.

4 bedrooms (2x queen/ 1 x dble/ 2 singles. Doonas and quality pillows supplied, byo sheets and towels in peak season but can be supplied at other times upon request. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

Large securely fenced yard, and a double garage at front of house, with additional car parking space in front of garage.

Salt and pepper, olive oil, foil and cling wrap supplied, along with dish-wash liquid, dishwasher tablets, dish cloths, tea, coffee and sugar.

A summer place welcomes responsible families who look after the home.
Internal and external stairs so please consider your mobility.

N.B - There is no WiFi at this property, please use your hotspot to use SmartTV. No Foxtel provided.

Great location only 2-3 min from the beach and the town centre. Comfortable and specious house. Clear instructions from the host. Very responsive and polite. The place could benefit from a good clean in between visitors. We did leave it clean but it certainly wasn’t the case when we arrived. Overall we enjoyed our time and had a positive experience.

We stayed for a week with the family and had a great experience. The location was fantastic and the house was very clean on arrival. There was plenty of space, making it comfortable for a family stay. The beds were very comfy and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Overall, it was a comfortable, easy stay and we would happily return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything worked well and the house was very well appointed clean and convenient. Beds were very comfortable and we all slept well. Host was very prompt in reply and very supportive.

Sue was very attentive, helpful and timely whenever we communicated. The house was really large, bright, tidy and clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The showers had great pressure and the beds were comfy. We had a wonderful stay, thank you

Just a short drive or a scenic 30-minute walk into town. The house was spotless and perfectly set up for a family holiday. Everything felt easy and comfortable. The backyard was a dream for pet owners. My adventurous dachshund had a blast exploring, and the fencing was impressively secure (she’s usually an escape artist, but not this time!). Highly recommend for families and pet lovers alike.
