Welcome to your home away from home. This beautifully eclectic 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom retreat is nestled in Southwest Houston, TX—just 1 mile from Beltway 8. Conveniently located near Pearland (off 288) and Missouri City (near Texas Parkway 2234), this home offers easy access to top destinations while providing a cozy and stylish space to unwind.

What You’ll Love
Gourmet Kitchen & Dining Experience – Fully equipped with modern appliances, including a built-in Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer, a stainless steel oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The spacious island features an entertainment cooktop, perfect for interactive dining or watching the chef in action.

Comfort & Entertainment – Multiple plush recliners in the living area ensure maximum relaxation. Every bedroom and common space is furnished with flat-screen TVs offering local channels and/or smart TV capabilities. High-speed WiFi is available throughout the home.

Trash pickup – Place the large black trash bin on the curb Thursday night or early Friday morning by 7 AM and place it back on the side of the house by Friday evening.

Leave the home in the condition it was given. Dishes washed and put away. Remove the linens; put them in one pile by the locked door downstairs.
Do not block the neighbors driveway. Quiet time is at 10 pm. No smoking is allowed in or out of the home due to the smell being carried into the home.
Throw all trash outside in the trash bins. No trash left in the yard. Friday is trash day, so put bin by the road and make sure no cars are blocking.

The house was a great size and most things were well taken care of. The beds in the Master Bedroom were broke and very uncomfortable. Literally King bed was broke in middle. They only left 8 towels for a twelve person house so had to buy out own. Overall not a bad stay but would suggest adding washer and dryer as this is needed and part of the reason people stay in a Vrbo

It was a very nice and spacious house the arcade was a nice touch for the children also. However I was looking foward to using the fire pit until I asked for the propane to be refilled and when asking the host, they said it wasn't part of the stay and they don't provide that. It was a bit disappointing when I had seen pictures of other people using it and was looking forward to it. All in all we enjoyed our stay other than that one inconvenience :)

Best house to accompany your stay from the kitchen ! To the spacious backyard ! Me and my family of 7 enjoyed the stay and had a wonderful experience with the host ! She communicated fast and efficient whenever we needed her ! The gas lighting fireplace outdoors was over the top for the cool weather when we stayed ! Definitely will book again
