The property was beautiful and near many of the attractions. Also, the host was very nice and nice responded in a timely manner to our questions. The only concern was the sturdiness of the kitchen furniture, and overall cleanliness (minor).

I enjoyed staying at this location for my birthday trip this yr 12/25, the host responded immediately answering any all questions. The home was just as clean and beautiful as the pictures. When I return for another visit definitely will be looking into this location.

Beautiful property, exactly like the picture. The host was welcoming, open to questions, attentive, and responded quickly. Some minor suggestions: the first floor toilet seat is nearly broken, also recommend nat preventatives in every room, a bug fell from the ceiling into our bed, lint hairs on the sheets, small stains on walls/furniture, refused to use the tub due to the stains on bottom, and one of the dining chairs are loose. Neighborhood was okay, despite the celebratory gunshots.

Very cute house

The interior is exactly as described in the listing. The home was clean and cozy. The host was nice and very responsive. My family loved the photo wall. We were in town for the Texans game and it was a short drive to the stadium. The only negative is the neignbors kept us up late with loud music and fireworks. It was Christmas Eve so I understand the celebration but it made for a long, restless night. Also, the neighborhood is in old area but we felt safe.

A few of us traveled to Houston on a business trip, and we chose to stay at this property. It was a last-minute booking, and Lawrence was kind enough to open up the reservation for us so we could book for the same—which we truly appreciated.Overall, we had a really great experience. We did run into a couple of small hiccups when we first arrived, but as soon as we reached out, Lawrence came right over and took care of everything. He’s a great host—very responsive, helpful, and open to suggestions.The neighborhood felt a little sketchy at first glance, but once we were inside the gated area, we realized we were completely safe and comfortable. Now, just a fun heads-up: there’s a rooster in the neighborhood who will absolutely wake you up in the morning. If you don’t have an alarm, he’ll make sure you’re up and ready for your day—and he’ll even come out and greet you in the street as well!Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the hospitality. Thank you, Lawrence, for everything. God bless you.
