All Guests must complete COVID-19 health screening the day of arrival and submit to a temperature check upon arrival. Pearlstone reserves the right to cancel a reservation if guest fails the screening or temperature check.

COVID-19 has created additional risks when gathering with others outside of your familial circle/pod. While Pearlstone has protocols in place to help to minimize those risks, the fact remains that COVID is a highly contagious virus with the potential to cause life threatening ramifications. Guests will required to complete our guest check-in sheet upon arrival, which outlines some of these risks. By signing, group is agreeing to abide by all COVID-related protocols and that Pearlstone will not be held responsible for any COVID-related damages arising from your gathering. The guest sign-in document does not replace any of the terms/conditions with Vrbo.

*** As noted under layout, the house has a completely separate basement apartment with a full time Pearlstone Staff Member resident. The backyard oasis and main residence (both as pictured) will be for the sole use of the vrbo guest(s). The basement unit, as well as the side patio, are for Pearlstone's tenants' use. ***

Guests of Tall Oaks are not permitted to hunt on this property. Baltimore County does allow hunting on private property so it is possible that you may hear hunting activity from neighboring properties during your stay during the months of October-January.

Guests of Tall Oaks have access to the members only Swim Club at the Pearlstone Campus. Pool Season is Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend. In 2020 the pool is open Tuesday - Sunday (closed Mondays) 12 pm - 7 pm. The 2021 schedule will likely be similar.

Pearlstone uses a software system that is not currently outside of VRBO. Once a booking is confirmed, communication will be through our outside software
