Walk to the main beach, surf, or relax on the decks, in the cedar hot tub, by the outdoor fireplace, or in the rustic sauna. The house and grounds are full of character, with leafy gardens, birdlife, and a sheltered outdoor lounge and dining area for enjoying your stay in Raglan.

Set on a large organic lifestyle property close to the surf points and main beach, the house offers plenty of privacy, established trees, and little corners to explore. There’s space to spread out, relax, and enjoy being surrounded by nature while still being only minutes from town and the beach.

Layout:

- Downstairs: Open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area with a Japanese-style platform, a bedroom and a separate private study, a bathroom with a lovely outdoor bath/shower with wetsuit and surfboard storage.
- Entranceway: Space for shoes, jackets, and bags.
-Laundry: With washing machine and dryer.
- Upstairs: Master bedroom, another bedroom with a loft bed, a bathroom, and another office on the mezzanine.
-Garden studio: King bed, deck leading into the bush.
NB: the studio room has no toilet but the main house is less than 10 metres away.
